Reviews
I just had some free time and had the opportunity to write a review. The tour guide took great care of me. No matter what problems or shortcomings there were, the guide took care of everything, including renting equipment without a long wait. The bus also drove well, even though the weather wasn't very good. I really enjoyed this trip, which was my first time trying snowboarding. Actually, I already had some basic skills, so I didn't choose an instructor, just rented the equipment. Overall, I was very impressed. I hope to see you again next trip.
I really enjoyed this one. As a first timer in experiencing snow and skii, I had a good time. However, I had difficulty understanding the instructor, though I admire her dedication for us to learn. Overall, a good experience.
I had such a great international ski resort trip with Klook last year that I booked it again this year. I was thinking about renting a car, but I heard there was a lot of snow, so I booked the international ski resort trip with Klook again. And it turned out that the guide was Nana, who I met last year, so I was so happy. The bus took me to the ski resort safely, which was convenient and great. The snow quality at the international ski resort is so much better than in Korea, so even though I'm a beginner skier, I made it back safely. The food was also very delicious. ^^ Nana was a wonderful guide. Even though my language skills weren't great, she was kind enough to respond using Papago and KakaoTalk. And even when I lost my camera and was at a loss, the guide "Nana" found it for me. I was so grateful. It was a really fun trip. I will use it again next year. Nana, was very nice and helpful. she made sure we had everything we needed and explained things very well.
The kids had a blast just playing with the snow sleds. They even took the initiative to grab their own sleds without needing parents to carry things, which was really great. We can definitely rent them again next time.
You pay first, then queue up at each station to rent. There are many staff members who speak Chinese, so you don't have to worry about language barriers. The helmet sizes fit perfectly too! Very good.
A relaxing day trip, no need to worry about transportation or equipment, and the director is there to help solve problems. It's a shame that Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort is a bit small, with only one gondola and one chairlift.
we enjoyed it very much as a first timer who will try ski! the snow is so powdery! and out tour guide Haruna is so helpful even help me fix my pants and ski boots! even last minute booking for instructor we have no issue at all thank you Sae and Yuen our instructor!!! we'll be back!!!
The trip ran smoothly from start to finish. Our tour guide, Nana, was very patient and helpful. She assisted us with gear rental and explained the resort facilities clearly, which made the experience easy and enjoyable. I joined the tour on New Year’s Day and we were lucky to have heavy snowfall — Kokusai Ski Resort had beautiful, fresh powder snow. Even though the resort was quite busy, it never felt crowded as the area is large and people were well spread out across the slopes.
Complete details provided after booking. From the tour guide to the ski resort tour staff and ski instructor, they were very accommodating. Shout out to my ski instructor Yuen who was patient and encouraged me during the lesson! This tour is highly recommended!
