What to expect
ProjectH Class (4 sessions)
Session 1: Warm-up and muscle stretching
Session 2: Muay Thai fundamentals and Full body weight training
Session 3: Highlight our gym’s signature padwork, 3 rounds of padwork, one-on-one with the coach
Session 4: Cooldown stretching and breathing to reduce fatigue and relax

It was my first time trying Muay Thai in Thailand! I got to experience what felt like the ultimate cardio workout. This gym is clean, and the training is tough, but I really enjoyed it♪ I’ll definitely come back again.
I was a bit nervous about my first Muay Thai experience and not knowing Thai, but all the instructors were very kind, and I had a wonderful time. I'm not good at exercise and don't do it regularly, so I was very tired, but they taught me at a pace I could manage. It was a great workout. I'd love to participate again if I have the chance. I had a Muay Thai class experience in Thailand, and it was incredibly fun! The location was very easy to find. Even though I didn't understand Thai during the class, I could completely keep up with the workout pace. The instructors demonstrated the moves, and I just followed along. Overall, it was a super intense and sweaty workout class!!!
My Muay Thai teacher Leo is the best in Bangkok! I highly recommend that anyone visiting Bangkok try a local Muay Thai class; it's truly exhilarating, refreshing, and a great stress reliever! The private lessons are also very reasonably priced!
Highly recommended! This place is very safe, located in a bustling shopping mall. The reception staff and instructors are all incredibly enthusiastic and professional. Even though I work out regularly, I was still exhausted. I recommend not eating too much for dinner beforehand. It was a lot of fun, and if I have the chance to stay in the ancient city longer in the future, I'll sign up for a long-term course here.
