What to expect

Photography Service: Go to the shooting location at the scheduled time and place, meet with the photographer, and begin shooting.
Timing: Timing starts at the scheduled appointment time, and the session cannot be split. Changing locations, changing outfits, taking breaks, etc., will all be counted as normal shooting time. If the client is late due to their own reasons, no refund will be given, and no extended reshoot will be provided; if the client voluntarily gives up the shoot due to their own reasons, no refund will be given.
Clothing and Makeup: Clothing and makeup are not provided. Packages do not allow bringing your own wedding dresses, gowns, suits, veils, etc. If you require light wedding dress photography, wedding dress photography, commercial photography, etc., please inform us in advance before placing an order, otherwise, the photographer has the right to refuse to shoot or refuse to deliver photos.
Photo Retrieval: Electronic negatives will be provided within 24 hours after the shoot; after the client selects the photos, retouched electronic photos will be provided within 7 working days.
Satisfaction: If you have any questions about the photographer's shooting on the day of the shoot, please communicate with the photographer or customer service in a timely manner to resolve them. During the shoot, you can view the client's photos on the photographer's camera at any time. If you are not satisfied, please raise it on the spot to arrange a reshoot. Feedback after the fact will not be processed.
Weather Reasons: If the shoot cannot proceed as scheduled due to irresistible factors such as weather on the day of the shoot, and the merchant cancels the order, it is not considered the merchant's fault. Our store will actively negotiate with you to postpone or reschedule the shooting date.
Precautions: Please plan your transportation in advance and keep your phone accessible; do not go to dangerous places during the shoot to avoid accidents; take good care of your valuables to avoid loss; minors must be accompanied by a guardian during the shoot. If the photographer's equipment is damaged by human error, compensation will be required at the original price.
