Additional Information:

  • Infants aged 0-2 may participate for free as long as they don't occupy a seat. If they need their own seats, they will require a child ticket
  • Only 1 infant aged 0-2 per adult may join for free without seats provided. Please purchase a child seat for each succeeding infant
  • Children aged 3-11 can take the lift for free. However, the bus ticket in this package is not available for this age group. Please get a one-way bus ticket for them instead
  • Prior to the start of the trip, you are strongly recommended to confirm the bus operation
  • Operation may be canceled in cases of natural disasters or abnormal weather. In this case, no compensation will be provided. You can, however, request for a reschedule
  • The trip might get delayed due to road or weather conditions. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee
  • Full refunds can be issued if you cannot arrive at the pick up location and join the tour because of a force majeure situation (i.e. flight delays or cancelations) as long as you provide the necessary certification
  • Smoking inside the bus is not allowed
  • For your safety, please do not wear your ski boots inside the bus

Redemption Process:

  • The bus drive will give you the lift ticket on the bus
  • If you get off the bus at New Furano Prince Hotel, please redeem your lift ticket at resort liner desk in front of Hotel reception
