Check-ins

• Please visit https://webcheckin.stardreamcruises.com/ for mandatory Online Check-In that is open for you to input your details correctly. NOTE: Online Check-In closes 48 hours before departure. Please use the Dream Cruises booking ID for your online check-in, the ID can be found on your Klook voucher below the QR code. If you are unable to do your online check-in, you can still do a manual check-in on the day of sailing
• You can check your itinerary and check-in time after completion of web check-in
• You will only get your cabin number and room keycards at the counter

Peak Season

Peak season booking is 100% confirmed. No cancellation allowed. Peak season sailing: 5, 7 February 2027

Travel Insurance

You are highly encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance when booking a cruise. This will cover you for any cancellation of the cruise due to medical or any reasons

Immigration Requirements

Please take note of immigration requirements. Foreign guests are to be responsible for their own VISA requirements based on the countries they will be visiting. Passengers should be advised to consult the official website of the relevant country for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel documents.

Singapore Visa Requirements:

• Citizens from countries such as India, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, and many others need a valid visa to enter Singapore. See full list here
• A confirmed cruise ticket
• Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, if arriving from affected countries in Africa, South America
• All passengers to submit SG Arrival Card (SGAC) online before arrival in Singapore here

Malaysia Visa Requirement

• No visa requirements for going Shorex (Except Israel citizen)
• Not to land for Israel citizens
• All passenger (except Singaporean and Resident of Malaysian) to submit Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online before arrival in Malaysia

• Visa on arrival & Handling Fee of Immigration sums up to total 108SGD.

Indonesia Visa Requirements

• All cruising passenger required to pay 150000 IDR equivalent 13 SGD for Bali tourism tax and be paid onboard.
• All passenger to submit The Indonesia arrival card before arrival in Indonesia.
