The time at Wanxuehui Ice and Snow Park is calculated from the time of swiping the card at the entrance gate, and the time of exiting the gate is the end time. If the time exceeds the ticket type time, it will be regarded as overtime. Please make up the difference according to the price announced at the ticket office for overtime. (Overtime fee reference: Off-season: ¥40/30 minutes; Regular season: ¥50/30 minutes; Peak season: ¥60/30 minutes. No extra fee will be charged for overtime within 30 minutes. Off-season: Dates other than shoulder season and peak season

Shoulder season: Mondays through Fridays during the summer vacation period (July 1st to August 31st); Saturdays and Sundays except for the summer vacation and statutory holiday make-up periods; the 10 days before and the 7 days after the Spring Festival statutory holiday make-up period; Christmas week (December 20th-28th).

Peak season: During national statutory holidays and the adjusted holiday periods, Saturdays to Sundays during the summer vacation period.

Wanxuehui Ice and Snow Park provides complimentary ski suits, ski boots, helmets, skis, ski poles (only equipped with double boards), lockers, and snow cards without deposit. If there is any damage or loss, please compensate according to the price publicized by the snow field.

After entering the ski resort, please keep your ski pass safe and carry it with you. You will need the ski pass to collect and return equipment. The ski pass must be returned when leaving the ski resort.

With the snow card, you can choose to pick up snowboard or ski equipment. Once picked up, changes are not supported.

Please be sure to bring the valid ID of the traveler on the day of the trip. If the document presented on the day of the visit is inconsistent with the ticket purchase information, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the right to use the ticket, and you will not be able to enter the snow field, and the ticket will not be refunded or changed.

Please keep your ticket retrieval code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket retrieval code will result in the inability to enter the snow field normally, and you will need to purchase another ticket. Please keep the snow card safe after taking it out. If tourists cannot enter the snow field and play normally due to loss or damage, they need to purchase another ticket. During the visit, please keep your ticket with you at all times and cooperate to show your ticket when the staff checks it.

Skiing is a high-risk sport. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, a medical condition for which your doctor has advised against strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or your behavior is affected by medication, please choose your activities carefully based on your physical condition.

Minors should be accompanied by an adult when skiing, and it is not recommended for the elderly to participate in skiing.

It is recommended to purchase sports accident insurance that includes skiing projects in advance. Please read carefully and comply with all safety instructions, venue rules, equipment and facility instructions, such as the "Admission Notice," "Skier Notice," "Skier Code of Conduct," and "Skier Behavior and Safety Rules" in the venue. Please pay attention to observing various warning and reminder signs in the venue and abide by relevant regulations.

The venue has beginner and intermediate ski trails, where sports injuries can easily occur. At the same time, the venue has areas for flying bags, ramps, props, and terrain parks. Entering these areas requires you to have high skiing skills. Please choose your activities carefully according to your skiing level, and be sure to control your skiing within your own skill level and pay attention to skiing safety.

Please wear a ski helmet at all times. We recommend bringing your own and wearing gloves, goggles, face protection, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, hip protectors, and other safety protective equipment to minimize the risk of injury.

Please select ski equipment suitable for your skill level. Before skiing, check whether the rented ski equipment is in good condition and whether the release pressure value of the skis matches your height, weight, and shoe size. Check whether the release torque value of the ski bindings is appropriate and whether the angle and spacing of the snowboard bindings are appropriate. If it is not suitable, please inform the staff of the reason and adjust or replace it in time.

Beginners are advised to hire a ski instructor for guidance before going on the slopes. Skiing instruction services are available on-site; please purchase as needed.

To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviors:

(1) Activities that exceed the scope of product benefits (including region, project, etc.), conducting unreported or unapproved ski instruction, commercial photography, online live streaming, personal peddling, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or other improper use.

(2) Permitting others to use my product rights through means such as gifting, reselling, or lending.

(3) The presence of any dangerous, illegal, or offensive behavior

(4) There are behaviors that seriously affect the normal operation order of the ski resort and seriously affect the personal and property safety of others.

(5) Other inappropriate behavior

If the above situation occurs, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without assuming liability for compensation or other breach of contract:

(1) Add you to the tourist blacklist, including the Wanxuehui Ice and Snow Paradise blacklist (you will not be able to enter the Wanxuehui Ice and Snow Paradise)

(2) Revoke, invalidate, or freeze your products and rights, and the relevant unused remaining period/fee will not be extended, postponed, or refunded.

(3) A penalty of 30% of the order amount will be charged for breach of contract. If the penalty is not enough to cover the losses, continued recovery will be pursued.

Smoking (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce smoke) is prohibited inside the ski resort. To create a good playing environment, please do not smoke in the ski resort, otherwise the ski resort will put you on the tourist blacklist and you will be prohibited from entering the park for 15 days.

If any abnormalities or malfunctions occur in the operation of the facilities and equipment in the snow field, the machine must be stopped for inspection. Some facilities and equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In the event of the foregoing, tickets will not be extended or refunded.

The ski resort's operating hours or the availability of activities may be adjusted due to factors such as capacity, inclement weather, special events, safety, or order. Please refer to the actual announcement of the ski resort on the day of your visit.

Please do not bring flammable, explosive, or dangerous items, nationally controlled equipment, or items with potential safety hazards into the venue. Unauthorized selling by visitors is prohibited within the ski resort. Please do not bring excessive amounts of items. Outside food, beverages, drinking water, and other food items (except for baby food) may cause food hygiene and safety issues. Please consume them before entering the venue.
