- Children under 1.2 meters in height must purchase a parent-child or family package and must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age to enter the park.
- Guests 1.2 meters or taller require an adult ticket for entry.

- Children under 1.2 meters in height must purchase a parent-child/family package. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above. One adult can only accompany one child into the park.
- Please follow on-site instructions and enter the experience in an orderly manner.
- Lockers are available onsite for a fee, allowing you to choose based on your individual needs. The cost is ¥2/hour, with a maximum charge of ¥10.
- Please store your valuables before entering. The store is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings after entry.
- We regret to inform you that the venue is temporarily unable to accommodate children aged 3 and under, and seniors aged 60 and over. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Food, beverages, lighters, keys, and other items are prohibited.
- Entry is prohibited for intoxicated individuals or those with health issues.
- Non-slip socks are required for entry. Guests may bring their own or purchase them at the front desk. (Non-slip socks must have at least 80% coverage of the sole with rubber grips.)
- Entry requires signing the on-site park entry guidelines. Please read and sign carefully.
- We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
- Once the wristband is worn, it cannot be transferred to another person. The wristband will be invalid if torn, and a new ticket will be required for admission.
- Hourly tickets are timed from entry. Overtime fees apply at ¥15/10 minutes. Extension tickets are available at ¥60/hour. This ticket type is only valid for hourly ticket extensions and cannot be purchased separately.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children during the visit. The visitor will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property loss caused by failure to do so.
- To prevent accidents, running and horseplay are prohibited inside the venue. To avoid disturbing other visitors, all entrants must be properly clothed; bare feet and nudity are not permitted.
- Includes a 9D Naked Eye Experience package, limited to one experience per person during the valid period. Repeated experiences require repurchase of the package or a separate theater ticket.
Naked Eye 9D Experience - Important Notes
- Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, vertigo, 3D motion sickness, as well as pregnant women, children under 2 years old, and seniors over 60 years old are not recommended to participate in the 9D VR experience to avoid physical discomfort.
- If you feel tired or unwell during the viewing, close your eyes and rest for a moment. If you experience dizziness, nausea, or other severe discomfort, please contact a staff member immediately.
- Please maintain order while watching the movie. Enter and take your seat in an orderly manner as directed by staff. Do not change seats or walk around the theater at will.
- Please fasten your seatbelts or hold onto the handrails while watching the movie. Maintain a proper posture to avoid falling due to shaking seats. Do not panic when special effects such as wind, rain, thunder, and lightning occur. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
- Please refrain from touching or damaging any equipment within the theater. Do not climb over or pass through railings, and do not throw objects. To maintain the cleanliness of the theater and the proper functioning of its equipment, food and beverages are prohibited inside the theater.
- Please exit in an orderly manner following the staff's instructions after the movie. Avoid crowding to prevent any stampede accidents.

Pokiddo has a large venue, so kids can play all day, and parents can have some 'me time.' The Snackman is quite entertaining, and the staff helps the children grab lots of snacks.

Zhuhai is a great place to burn off energy! This time, we played for 3 hours, and the timing was just right—I was completely exhausted. The facilities inside are incredibly diverse; whether it's trampolines, rock climbing, or high-altitude obstacle courses, everything is thrilling. For those looking to quickly expend energy, this place is truly an "energy black hole." After playing here, you'll definitely fall asleep instantly when you get home. Highly recommended!

Buying on Klook is always cheaper than buying on-site. Our family found 3 hours sufficient, including the 9D cinema. There's a vertical slide, rock climbing, high ropes course, and swings. There's also a somewhat dangerous activity where you jump into a ball pit. When my son played, he landed and his foot hit his eye. We feel this activity is quite dangerous.
