Reviews summaryOur guide Francisco was amazing. I think it has a good itinerary and just enough time for most things. Though if you wanna go around and do the courses in Pena Palace, it's a bit tight. I hope you can also have packages that include the Regalaria tickets already as that will be hard if it's peak season. Thankfully, it was still available online for me when I am the only one in the group who did not have ut included in the package.
great tour and amazing guide. Daniel was friendly and charismatic. we all met at our meeting up locations on time. Throughout the day Daniel kept us updated on the history and fun facts. would 100% recommend Daniel.
Value for money optional tour. Not to be missed trip and tour guide rather knowledgeable and gave good honest advice able to keep the trip interesting and save lots of tour members valuable time. Highly recommended. Will definitely encourage my friends and family coming Portugal trip to secure a booking with Klook. Voucher claim at the meeting place was easy and smooth process. Thanks
Superb experience. I can’t imagine visiting all these places on my own if not for this tour. It was a seamless experience from the moment I signed up. I received an email from “CoolTours” a few days after to share info on the tour. Our tour guide, Tiago, was great. He shared so much about history and it made the tour all the more interesting. The pick up was on time. We went in an air conditioned van which was really comfortable. It was a group of about 15 people. To note: • There was a lot of walking, so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. A lot of uphill walking! • For Cascais & Estoril, we did not stop and go down to the locations. We just drove past, but it was still lovely!
Thanks to our very friendly and patient tour guide Hugo who has explained to us all the relevant information we needed to know, we enjoyed our trip very much.
Cooltours is definitely one of the most highly recommended tours in Lisbon. They go for smaller group and our tour guide Hugo.M was very accommodating, informative and a great company throughout the journey - A true sample of an excellent tourguide!
The tour guide (Bruno A) is friendly and knowledgeable in Portugal history. Highly recommended for those who like to tour around the Lisbon peripheral and have a glimpse into the Porgtual history. The itinerary is tightly packed but with well planned, I was able to go through all locations without too much traffic. There is no lunch included but the tour guide offered a few recommendations to choose from at your decision . Side story: I selected the restaurant in Sintra for lunch called “Romaria de Baco”. For some reason I had waited ONE hour for the meal to arrive which I scrambled to eat within 5 minutes to match the schedule. Otherwise it was a wonderful one day experience.
Really liked our tour guide Bruno! The people are very cute and kind. Although this itinerary involves a lot of climbing and walking, it is worth it. The scenery is so beautiful. The tour guide is very experienced in avoiding crowds and taking the best route. He takes good care of everyone and is also very patient and able to follow along. His group is really great! ! The scenic spot is relatively high and a bit cold, so remember to bring an extra coat.
After purchasing, you will receive a letter with relevant precautions a few days ago. Just go to the designated location on the same day and wait for the driver and tour guide to pick you up! A very, very happy experience. Bruno’s explanation was very detailed and interesting! The only drawback is that the stay time at each attraction is a bit too short, which makes the trip a bit rushed, but the overall experience is still great!
The tour guide on this trip was super responsible and really great! The ancient city of Xintra is really a place worth visiting! The only suggestion I would like to make is that when you have customers from Asia, you can remind these Asian customers how to Know when and where to go to the toilet. In our country, it is easy to find public toilets, but in the ancient city of Xintra, many shops do not provide toilets except for toilets within the scenic area.
