It was a beautiful trip and definitely worth booking. It was an amazing experience and one we will remember for life. Our tour guide Jud was extremely helpful and everything you would ever want as a tour guide. He was kind, respectful, accomodating, and most of all organized. He was able to guide such a large group of people so well and still kept the experience personal. We will definitely be recommending this to all of our friends. Shout out to Jud!!

This 5-star only go to guide, Jude n 0-star for bus driver. Jude’s service was excellent — patient, attentive, n very helpful throughout the trip.Iitinerary was rushed n we hardly had time to get food, yet he used his own money buy us cake and juice. He also helped us take beautiful photos. The disappointing part was the bus driver. We seated near front n overheard him insisting on changing itinerary to visit Zao Ropeway on the 1st day, even though we alrdy late. The guide told him that waiting time was alrdy 2 hrs according to online information. We ended queued for a few hrs go up halfway with winds n snow, n were unable to see snow monsters at all then long queue again to come down in the dark, winds n snow! We reached ground station after 8 pm — cold, exhausted n hungry. Dangerous 2 hrs bus in heavy snow n arrived hotel after 10 pm n hv our dinner. Throughout the journey, driver repeatedly interrupted the guide’s arrangements, mentioning he needed to return to Tokyo on time.

Tour guide Tony (Xiao Zhao) is the best Chinese tour guide I've ever met. He understands that travelers are tired, and when they get on the bus, he gives them plenty of rest time and doesn't just talk to himself. At the same time, he thoughtfully prepares snacks and shares his experiences in Japan with the tourists as a travel guide. He treats the tourists like his own family and is very kind and friendly. The itinerary was delayed in forming a group, and the travel company was unable to book the Zao Ropeway and Fox Village for the second day, so we took the Zao Chuo Ropeway instead (with a refund) and went to Shiroishi Castle, which is one of Japan's Top 100 Castles, which was a little disappointing, but Director Tony explained the reasons to the tourists very well, which was great. As for the first day going to Ginzan Onsen and staying at the Kameya Hotel, it was simply perfect. Relaxing and eating a hot spring meal with the hot springs was just too perfect. I really hope I have the opportunity to join Director Tony Xiao Zhao's tour again.

We joined the tour departing from Tokyo Station on Friday. Our guide wisely arranged for us to visit Zao's "snow monsters" first, avoiding the weekend crowds. We were also fortunate to have decent weather with some sunshine, allowing us to photograph the snow monsters before they completely melted. On the second day, Ginzan Onsen wasn't as beautiful as much of the snow had melted. However, the weather was excellent when we visited the Fox Village!

This trip was great, especially with Tom as our leader. The slightly adjusted itinerary allowed us to proceed more smoothly, and we were also able to successfully ride the Zao Snow Monster ropeway, which was what we wanted most. He also had excellent control of the itinerary and interacted very well with the group members. He would remind us of some important little tips, which saved us a lot of time in line and exploring. I highly recommend this trip, and if you happen to have Tom as your guide, you'll be even luckier.

The tour guide for this group was Carter Sasaki. Throughout the trip, he provided detailed explanations of the sights and the itinerary was well-planned and went smoothly. Fortunately, the members of this tour group were all punctual in boarding the bus at the time the guide had scheduled. Everyone was very cooperative, and the guide organized everything well 👍🏼. The guide also shared photography tips, showing me new ways to take pictures! This was a great help to me, a travel enthusiast ✌🏻. The only downside of this trip was the poor weather at the Zao snow monsters, with heavy snowfall. After waiting in line for a long time, we finally got to the mountaintop, but the visibility was so low that we couldn't see anything before heading back down, which was a real shame 😔. I'd like to plan another trip to see the Zao snow monsters next time!

Unfortunately, we couldn't get tickets for the fox village. A bit of a disappointment. The tour guide changed the location for us, saying that the "Gassho-style village" of the Northeast was also good, but by the time we got there, it was already dark, and we couldn't see anything. The bus ride was really too long, it took more than six hours to get to Ginzan Onsen, and it was almost 3 o'clock. We had to leave by 4:30. If you want to stay longer, you have to take a taxi back yourself. It takes two hours by car to get to each attraction, making the time very tight and short. There were few tourists this time, so we didn't have to queue for anything for a long time. It was rushed, but still acceptable. We joined a bus tour departing from Tokyo Station. Our guide arranged for us to visit Zao to see the "snow monsters" (Juhyo) on the first day. Luckily, there weren't too many tourists, so we didn't have to wait half an hour to take the ropeway up the mountain in sections. We were fortunate to still be able to photograph some of the snow monsters before they completely melted. On the second day, we went to Ginzan Onsen, but it wasn't as beautiful because most of the snow had already melted. Afterward, we visited the Fox Village, where we could get up close to the foxes roaming freely in the park!

The tour guide Mr. Carter Sasaki is a very nice and responsible guy. He take care every customer with great care and try to understand their needs. He was also very flexible to plan for the activities schedule to meet everyone’s needs. He also teach us how to take good videos during snow. I enjoy so much for this trip and hope to join other activities under his guide.
