• If the ropeway is out of service, the tour will be changed to Aquaignis Onsen resort, and after the tour, the platform will refund each traveler JPY 1000 as compensation.
• The temperature on Mount Gozaisho during the winter can be cold and may drop below 0 degrees Celsius. Please wear enough warm clothing to participate in the tour.
• The tour fee does not include the Nabana no Sato admission fee, as well as the fees for facilities within the park.
• Due to the effects of the climate, the snow-covered trees may not appear as shown in the illustrative diagram. Changes in scenery due to natural factors such as insufficient snowfall cannot be accepted as a reason for refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

• 【Regarding Bus Riding Regulations】Eating strong-smelling food and ice cream products is prohibited inside the bus. If personal actions cause damage to the interior equipment or defacement of the vehicle, compensation must be paid according to the actual repair or cleaning costs incurred by the bus company.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Partial refund rules: If the Gozaisho Ropeway is suspended, the trip will be changed to Aquaignis Onsen Resort, and after the tour, the platform will refund 1000 JPY to each traveler as compensation.
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
