Blanc. Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

The Blanc. Restaurant Saigon is definitely the highlight of my trip. I went there have lunch on Monday which is not so many people so can have a quite lunch enjoy the environment, the meal and focus on the conversation with my boyfriend. The waiter first introduced us some sign language and the waiter (mute and deaf) who was going to serve our table. The meal is delicious and whole experience is so precious.

I was there for dinner. Everything is perfect, from the food, the service and the atmosphere. I can also learn some basic sign language. Highly recommend this place which is really worth the value

best experience with food and interaction with the waiters and waitress. speaking and talking is not the only way to communicate but with heart will do

food was great! the resto ambiance was good. resto attendants are very helpful. highly recommended.

We choose the big test dinner, cold pea soup, chicken salad popcorn, angus beef and sesame snow butter and cake, and the drinks are not expensive. The overall interaction with the waiter is very comfortable and smooth. The whole building is very beautiful. Even the toilets are very exquisite, a very meaningful restaurant, and without losing the beauty and taste, highly recommended!

The whole dining experience was great. The waiters / waitresses were very polite even when i signed wrong due to nervousness.

One of the best restaurants we ever have in HCMC. The foods are delicious, the decoration is decent and the services are excellent. 10/10 would recommend!

My friend and I have enjoyed Dakao set menu for our dinner at the restaurant. It was a creative set and a perfect combination of Vietnamese and French fusion. One more thing special is that we had a chance to learn how to communicate with the staff by gestures via intructions on the table. They really gave us a warm welcome and great services. What an impressive restaurant in Saigon!

The restaurant is located in a quiet valley right smack in the center of the city, in a very beautiful colonial villa tastefully decorated. The food is decent but nothing spectacular. But what makes the place special is the waiters, who are deaf and mute, and who are so very friendly and helpful that they constantly put a smile on your face. Highly recommended.
