Mud Bath at Galina Hotel and Spa in Nha Trang

I made a last-minute reservation for the same day, and thankfully, everything went smoothly. I booked for two people and arrived 10 minutes early. I was guided to the basement level and went through the mud experience in order ^^-♡ The mud was soft and lovely. Since it was during the day, there weren't many people, so it was quiet. They had a wet/dry sauna, bubble sauna, mist sauna, and a regular sauna, plus a small mini-pool. The pool was deeper than I expected... I was too scared to go in. Even for someone who's 178cm tall, the water came up to their chest! Yikes... I gave up, haha. It's perfect for a light mud spa experience right in the city center. ♡♡♡

My initial plan was to go to another mud bath, but I found out that I could enjoy a mud bath at this facility near the hotel where I was staying, so I went there. It turned out to be a great choice. 1. It's in the city, so I didn't have to spend time traveling, and I was able to enjoy other things. 2. The facility was clean. 3. The staff were very kind and always attentive. They communicated with me even though I couldn't speak English. 4. Towels, swimsuits, a bottle of water, and sandals were provided. 5. You can also enjoy the sauna and jet bath. 6. There were not many people, so it was a hidden gem. There were only good things about it. The facility is inside the hotel, but there is no sign for the mud bath, so I didn't notice it even when I passed by it several times during my stay, but maybe that's why it wasn't crowded. My Japanese friends who are there also really liked it.

If you only have a short time and want to try a mud bath, you can try this activity. The hotel is located in the city center, the location is convenient, and the hotel is old. Buying tickets on the spot is more expensive than Klook. I bought the tickets on the spot. The staff was friendly and patiently waited for us. Tops, shorts and slippers are provided, but it is recommended to bring your own for hygiene reasons. I arrived at about 1 noon. There were only four of us and a couple. There were so few people. The staff didn't speak English but had a good attitude. We will first soak in the mud bath, then have a dry and wet sauna, put your feet in a Jacuzzi, and have hot tea served after you shower. It lasted for half an hour and was very comfortable. I will try the massage next time I have time.

There are separate rooms for men and women. Unfortunately, the sister who helped me was sick. Although she was wearing a mask, she kept coughing and had runny nose, which made her feel bad. There was no one there when we went, so it was nice to be able to enjoy it leisurely as if we had rented it. I was a little confused about the entrance, but the reception for both the massage and the mud bath is on B1. The locker rooms and mud bath are on the 4th floor, and the massage is on the 3rd floor. The massage was a full 2 hours in a large private room, including hot stones. At the reception, they asked about my preferred pressure and problem areas beforehand, and this was communicated to the massage therapist. For the mud bath, I was given instructions, mineral water, and towels. It was comfortably warm, and I started sweating after 20 minutes. So, I skipped the sauna and enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool instead. It was easily accessible in the city center, saved me time, and I really enjoyed it.
