Ballooning in Yarra Valley includes Breakfast

we picked the transfer from Melbourne option. the crew texts you the day before to confirm the time, and you need to fill in digital waivers. dress warmly as it can get very cold! the crew will set up the balloon in the vineyard and you climb into the basket once ready. the flight itself is magical and once in a lifetime as you overlook the yarra vineyards. the balloon itself fits 10-12 people and can be a little squeezy. the crew was safe, professional and warm. the flight itself was stable, you just feel as though you’re floating in the wind. highly recommended!

It's very worthwhile to participate, and I chose the option with pick-up service. The driver arrived on time, and the staff were very professional when the hot air balloon took off. The Yarra Valley scenery is very beautiful and peaceful. I would participate again if I have the opportunity!!!

Originally, the reservation was for a 4:00 AM meeting time at the designated location to take a shuttle bus from Melbourne to the Yarra Valley hot air balloon location. However, for some unknown reason, it was changed to an earlier 3:00 AM meeting time at the designated location. Very dissatisfied with why the meeting time was moved up by an hour.

As a traveler, I find it unacceptable to not be contacted about a cancellation. I received a message the day before about a change in the meeting time, but not receiving any notification about the cancellation due to bad weather on the day itself was very unsettling. I went to the meeting place early in the morning and waited for over 30 minutes, but no one showed up. I returned to the hotel and had them confirm, and found out it was canceled. As is natural when traveling, the language barrier and the possibility of being in the wrong place made me anxious. A full refund is a given. It has not yet been refunded, so I request a prompt response.

Due to inclement weather, it was canceled and I am currently waiting for a response from the organizer.
