We had good experience. Its our first time in Cancun and very fortunate to do this tour. The driver Eduardo kept us safe in the road. Lalo and Valentin knows what they were doing and makes sure we are informed. I will highly recommend this tour.
There are many issues on this trip, please refer all the attachments: 1. my daughter was given a child ticket at $0 MXN to enter Chichen Itza which I asked tour guides to refund adult fees: $571 MXN, they refused, since the adult ticket is valid till end of this year so they can use for other tour group; 2. We were asking to be ready at hotel lobby at 6.20, but the van only came at 6.37; 3. The tour agency never inform us to bring Mosquito Repellent, tour guides said a lot of dengue along the whole trip, we have to buy 1 small bottle of Repellent gel at $250 MXN which is so expensive! 4. Our first stop was to bring us to the shopping place; 5. The tour guide did not inform us about lunch, causing us to wait for a significant period; 6. It was raining heavily after the guided tour at the Chichen Itza, . We didn't have a chance to take photos. We had quite bad experience on this tour.
Initially, the trip went smoothly without any issues. The biggest drawback was that our clothes were left on the tour bus and not taken with us. That evening at 7 PM, we immediately used the local supplier contact information provided by Klook (WhatsApp) to inquire. We also provided our phone number and hotel to them, explaining that they could either send the clothes back to the hotel or we could go pick them up. However, they only said they would handle it but then read the message and didn't reply! It's now noon the next day and still no reply! The next day, we found the WhatsApp number for the local contracting travel agency Baktun and inquired about the clothes there as well, but they also read the message and didn't reply! We have no idea where the clothes are! So, if you choose this tour, please be careful with contact methods, as the efficiency is poor and they can't resolve problems. Also, please take good care of your belongings!
