I understand that masseuses need the air conditioning because they work hard, but I was wearing thin clothes and my toes were cold... I thought I was going to get a chill. Health Land, who used to sell coupon bundles of 10, it's goodbye now! The Ekkamai branch doesn't even greet you. They just confirm the booking and show no other interest. They don't even wash your feet; they just wipe them quickly with a towel and that's it. (It might vary by chain)

It's very convenient because everything from ticket purchase to date/time reservation is completed within the app. There's GoWabi, which is like Thailand's Hot Pepper, but even if you can purchase tickets there, you have to contact them separately to make a reservation. Compared to that, this is very easy and helpful. I had a 2-hour herbal ball treatment, and the facility was luxurious, and the therapist was serious and attentive without being chatty, which was great. They didn't push for tips, and they were just visible when I was drinking tea at the end. (They disappear quickly if you give them a tip, lol.) Anyone I take who's visiting Bangkok for the first time is sure to love it. I'd also appreciate it if there was a 2-hour Thai massage ticket without herbal balls for 700B. The souvenir corner is also well-stocked and has a luxurious feel, which is nice.

The vibe and architecture is very comfortable, not very far from Ekkamai BTS. I had a treatment from Khun Tom which was very great experience.

This time, three friends went together, and we were all very satisfied overall. However, one friend's masseuse was quite rough. While a masseuse might sometimes reposition your hands or feet during a massage, masseuse #185 handled her hands and feet as if she were angry at them, repositioning them with excessive force, which made her feel very uncomfortable. We suggest you inform the establishment about this, as customers come to relax, not to be upset. Aside from that one masseuse, the other two were excellent!

Health Land maintains its usual standards, like other branches. The therapists are polite and the massage pressure is just right. If you arrive early, there's a Donki next door to browse while waiting for your appointment.
