It was terrible. We waited for almost two hours for our bus at the site, but it never arrived. During that time, we repeatedly contacted the Klook platform. We also downloaded the bus company's app, but found that the vehicle route map, pickup point, and what Klook indicated were all different. While we waited for two hours, we watched Big Bus staff constantly assisting their customers, but we couldn't get in touch with our bus company, Seeing Sight. In the end, after waiting two hours, the bus still didn't come, which completely disrupted our entire day's itinerary. We ultimately had to give up. So, we didn't get to experience the Thames River cruise either. We realized that transportation in the UK is actually very convenient, and bus fares are quite cheap, so it seems unnecessary to buy city transport passes through platforms like Klook. During this 13-day European trip, we bought many museum tickets through the Klook platform, and those were all great. However, when we got to Paris, we purchased transportation-related tickets from another platform, KKday. The worst part is that I can't upload this review without photos, so I have to spend time finding them. This incident happened 10 days ago in the UK. If you are taking the bus during winter, please double check on the red route operating hour because we didnt get to see the Christmas lights on the hop on and off bus as they have another set of tickets. good choice if you want to avoid the walking crowd
