Shared Transfer to/from Universal Studios Japan (USJ) | Namba, Dotonbori, Nipponbashi, Umeda, Osaka Station

This was my first time using a shuttle service to Universal Japan, and it was incredibly convenient! The car was new and very clean. The driver was a woman; she messaged me to confirm the appointment one day before the trip. She was extremely kind and provided excellent service, always smiling. Usually, when we go to a theme park, we need a lot of energy, so traveling this comfortably saved a lot of energy in the morning! I highly recommend it.

We booked this transfer twice—morning to USJ and evening back to our hotel. Morning Trip – Excellent (Yuri’s Company) Yuri’s service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They contacted us 24 hours before pickup, and everything was smooth and organized. The only minor issue was the plate number in the booking not matching the actual vehicle, so the provider’s advance message was very helpful. Evening Trip – Very Disappointing The evening booking from USJ had many issues. The provider never contacted us 24 hours before pickup. I emailed them 2 hours before but got no reply, and their +86 WhatsApp number wasn’t reachable. I contacted Klook, and the agent told us to wait until the scheduled time. USJ closed at 8PM, our pickup was at 9PM, and we were at the pickup point from 8:30PM to 9:15PM, waiting in the cold. We were exhausted and eventually left and took another transfer. We got a refund, but the experience was stressful. The driver only reached out at 9:40PM, far too late.

The staff was very polite and lovely. They contacted us via WeChat one day before the trip. We traveled in an Alphard, which felt like a private service because there were no other passengers. The car picked us up right in front of the hotel.

The arrangement is comfortable experience and driver contact me one day in advance and driver agent also contact me in advance in case I cannot find the driver.

The service was excellent! Many thanks to the driver for taking us back to our Namba guesthouse, which really helped alleviate the fatigue from a day of walking and sightseeing. Highly recommend! 👍🏻 We'll definitely choose this option again if we have the chance.

Nakata, our driver, was very nice and he even dropped us off at the hotel where we’re staying, not just on the drop off point as stated in Klook. We made the right decision to book this transfer from USJ to the hotel since we were so tired already after spending almost the whole day at the park. Meeting place was at the taxi stand and our driver was able to update us of his location as well as his pick up time. We didn’t have a hard time finding him. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

pick up location was just opp our hotel ibis osaka umeda. driver measage a day before tp confirm timing. mini van is clean & comfortable and driver able to speak chinese and english

The driver was really kind and the vehicle was comfortable. The day before departure and on the day of departure, they contacted me in advance to explain where to board and drove safely on the day of departure. It was so great. I'm glad I used it. Highly recommended!

only took the ride back to Namba in the evening. the driver contacted adequately with clear instructions beforehand, and able to accommodate to our request to bring the time forward as we are the only group. besides, driver even offered to send us to hotel straight. given just few dollars per pax more than the bus ride (and we need to walk a super long way to take the bus, and still need to find own transport back to hotel), I think this shared transport is super worth it! it's a breeze to take the bus just outside the park at the taxi stand.
