We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas at the Alley. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience warm and welcoming despite the holiday crowd. The food tasted really good, was well-prepared, and served at a reasonable pace considering how busy the day was. Booking in advance through Klook made the experience much less of a hassle, especially since there were a lot of walk-in customers that day. Having a confirmed booking really helped secure our spot and made the overall flow smoother. One suggestion for improvement would be to include a child option in the booking selection, as the vouchers are currently for adults only. This would make the booking process more convenient for families. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and well-managed. With a more streamlined system for handling walk-ins during peak days and more flexible booking options, the experience could be even better. Thank you Klook!

My boyfriend, his oldest sister, and I went here before the New Year, and I can say it was worth every penny. The food and the ambiance were amazing—it literally felt like you were in an alley.

Had a great experience at The Alley by Vikings in BGC. I started with sashimi right away and it was fresh, then went straight for the roast beef which definitely satisfied my craving—worth it agad. There’s a wide selection, but focusing on the carving and grill stations gives you the best value. I also liked that you can actually step out and return within your dining time, which adds flexibility. Plus, there was a live band playing that made the atmosphere more enjoyable. Overall, I felt like I really got my money’s worth and would come back.
