Jisan Forest Winter Ski Day Tour from Seoul

Our tour guide, David, who was also our instructor and driver, was extremely kind, experienced, and professional. He even treated us to a Korean brand brownie as a light breakfast, which was a thoughtful and pleasant touch. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was just the two of us on the tour, making it feel like a private experience. David was very patient, never rushed us, and took the time to explain everything clearly while ensuring we were comfortable throughout the trip. During our free time, he even walked up the slopes to us when we first went up to check on us and offer help, which truly went above and beyond. With his guidance and encouragement, my husband and I were finally able to really snowboard, and we saw a huge improvement compared to the first time we tried on our own. Overall, it was a relaxed, enjoyable, and well-organised Jisan tour that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend him.

This day trip skiing was very worthwhile. The Korean instructor and guide, SUN, speaks Chinese, which is reassuring and friendly. Communication was easy, and reminders and questions before departure were answered smoothly. You can also learn the basics of skiing well. Besides the one-hour lesson, there is plenty of time left. Even ski novices can have fun. I thought the teaching would be one-on-one with many people, but there were only four people learning snowboarding, so it felt great. You can ask questions, and they will be answered kindly. After a day, you can ski on the two easiest slopes, and also ride the ski resort cable car and conveyor belt that I always wanted to ride, which was very fun. We went on a weekday, and there weren't many people, so we could ski smoothly. In addition, if you want to go shopping in the evening, this option is also very good. The arrival time in the city is not late, and you can get off the bus and shop to your heart's content!

Perfect option for a day-trip experience! It was my first time ski-ing and I wasn’t get any injuries thanks to the great instructor! The tour is punctual and the tour guide is super friendly. They speak both Chinese and English to accomodate the participants. The rented gear also not bad. I visited few days before seolal holiday and it wasn’t really crowded so perfect for beginner. The track & place is also very clean

JK was very helpful as a guide and ski instructor. He gave us many useful tips as first time skiers, which made the experience a great one. Itinerary was arranged well and transfer was smooth. Definitely worth the cost and would highly recommed this trip.

We booked Jisan Ski Resort with Klook for snowboarding. KTourStory gave us timely updates on the itinerary and added us to a chatroom before the event. Here are some tips: - Wear layered tops, gloves, ski mask, and neck warmer. - Pack lightly, as rental ski clothing and boots are available. - Coin lockers cost ₩1,000 per opening and can fit sneakers, bags, and jackets. - Food courts offer Korean food, burgers, and hot dogs. - Bring a socket adapter for charging if needed. - Water dispensers are available in all food courts. Overall, it was a great experience!

This trip was amazing! Our tour guide Kevin and Kenny were so efficient and nice. Our group was quite big around 10-15 people but they broke us up into English and Mandarin speaking folks. Kenny was patient in teaching us our ski lessons for the first 1.5hrs. Jisan resort itself is big with 3 types of slope. The beginner slope is just nice for those trying out. There’s varying options of food in the food court and also Burger King (for those too tired and starving to decide what to eat). Many place to sit and watch skiers and snowboarders as well, in case you just want to chill and soak up the atmosphere. Jisan Forest Resort is only 1hr from Seoul, so I would say that this package is highly worth it!

it was amazing experience, although it was tired to used the ski tools, the ice was slippery and hard for beginner but then we enjoy the trip. thank you klook for the easy booking.
