My second time with Yuki (tour guide) and her company is highly recommended. Yuki is very accommodating to all our questions and even went out of her way helping a family of tourists in carrying their baby around while parents are getting the stroller at the bus’ compartment. Also, she speaks good english, easy to understand. Additionally, lunch meals are also recommended to avail, beef steak really tastes good. Kudos to Yuki for this trip! More power to your company.
We came in September and took this chance to do at least a tour to see Mt Fuji but; unfortunately, she did not show. It was still a pleasant tour visiting a shrine, a billage of old japanese dwellings and the lunch tasted so good!!! Our tourist guide Mitch was very friendly, and such a great host! Our bus driver was a very good driver, smooth sailing! The other tour guide, Yo was a good complement to Mitch to help assis her in the process
I love their guidance so much. Aside talking about the history of Mount Fuji, she's also giving us a hint of where we can get the rally stamps. They were very friendly, especially Momoko (hopefully I don't misspell her name; she's super cute and very polite). The trip choice was super fun and family-friendly. They provide lunch for us, and it's very yummy!
We were very lucky to go on a completely clear Mt Fuji day. Able to get a clear view. Obviously very crowded as lots of tours come to these places. But fantastic way to reach these areas without having to deal with public transportation. Food was decent.
the guide was good, knew a lot of information about the places we visited. i would have taken a little less time at dinner and more time at another place. if you don't take the meal included, the only other options are family mart or 7/11
Excellent tour, they take you to 4 different viewpoints of Mt Fuji, it is spectacular. There is enough time to take photos. We ate the meat option, delicious dish. The views are beautiful, I recommend it.
I came at the right time for leaves colour changing. however, the day I went for mount fuji trip, it was cloudy and raining so couldn't see the mountain. summary, it was a good trip to see around lake kawaguchi and the famous shrine with magical autumn leaves 🍂
My day trip to Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi was nothing short of breathtaking. The tour was perfectly paced, allowing ample time to soak in the stunning scenery and capture unforgettable moments. The highlight was undoubtedly the view of Mt. Fuji from Lake Kawaguchi. The majestic peak, snow-capped and serene, reflected perfectly on the still waters of the lake. It was a sight that took my breath away. The opportunity to explore the charming lakeside town, with its quaint shops and delicious local cuisine, added another layer of enchantment to the experience.
tour guide is very friendly and no hard selling souvenirs. she brought us to the best spot to view fuji mountain and recommended cheapest store to purchase souvenirs or foods. highly recommend tourist to choose the correct/experienced tour guide if you want to have a nice spot to capture Fuji mountain
The tour guide was very helpful to us and even gave us a postcard because we cannot see the Mt. Fuji due to the bad weather. The tour was very well-paced and the food was delicious. I recommend this tour to everyone.
