- All participants must carefully follow the guide’s instructions and obey traffic regulations. The operator is not responsible for any accidents resulting from reckless behavior or failure to comply with safety rules
- Electric bikes require a minimum level of coordination and riding skills. It is essential to be able to handle the weight of the bike, especially when going downhill
- Important Rental Information: Third-party civil liability insurance is included in the tour price. To cover potential vehicle damage, clients are required to choose one of the following two options before departure: purchase an additional insurance for €20.00 per vehicle (non-refundable) or sign for a €200.00 security deposit hold on their credit card, which will be fully released/refunded at the end of the tour provided there is no damage to the vehicle. Cash payments are not accepted.
- The route includes off-road paths and gentle descents that may be difficult for less experienced cyclists. E-bikes are also heavier than regular bikes, which can make handling more challenging
- To participate in this tour, you must have good physical condition and prior experience in riding a bicycle. Before departure, a short test ride will be conducted
- Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
