Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Pick-up information

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• The operator will contact you via the Messenger app between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM the day before departure to confirm your pick-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

Meet-up information

• The operator will contact you via the Messenger app between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM the day before departure to confirm your pick-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
• Make sure to arrive on time
• Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 10+ to participate in this activity
• Children from 10 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older and share the motorbike with them.
