Kyushu Itoshima Popular Route: Itoshima Meoto Iwa & Angel's Wings & Ichiran Ramen & Shiraito Falls & Dazaifu & Yanagawa River Cruise Day Trip

A huge thank you to our driver and tour guide, Mr. Zhao Tong! He drove tirelessly and meticulously explained the itinerary, ensuring we arrived smoothly at every attraction. He was especially concerned about us waiting too long in line at Ichiran Ramen, so he thoughtfully arranged the most efficient way for us to get there. This allowed us to not only enjoy the delicious food but also relax and enjoy the entire trip. The itinerary was perfectly organized, making our journey very easy and comfortable. We are truly grateful for Mr. Zhao Tong's dedication and care throughout the trip, which created wonderful memories for us! 🥰

The pre tour preparation was clear and straight forward. Our English/Chinese speaking guide Carson- who was very kind and humble- was able to squeeze in 6 tourist places in a day tour. He was very knowledgable about the sites. Carson was also very attentive and always offered his help especially with directions and in taking photos. We started with the Shiraito No Taki Falls- a very quiet place for picture taking. This was followed by a trip to the Ichiran Museum in Itoshima where we had lunch. Carson made ordering ramen easy and getting seats was also a breeze. Then it was off to the Itoshima coast line where we saw the Sakura Futamigaura’s Couple’s Rock. At around 2:30pm we headed off to Dazaifu Shrine. Many tourists flock here. Last stop was the pleasantly surprising Yanagawa river boat tour. Be sure not to miss this boat ride. This tour is highly recommended for families with older kids and for couples. Carson made the tour more relaxed compared to other tours in this region.

I highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Min, was incredibly thoughtful and took great care of us throughout the entire trip. The experience in Itoshima, Fukuoka, was truly wonderful. Min's time management was excellent, allowing us enough time at each attraction without ever feeling rushed. At every new location, she provided thorough and detailed explanations of the different features. I'm truly grateful for her dedication, personalized arrangements, and for catering to the needs of various group members. When I encountered difficulties, she was proactive in helping to resolve them. Additionally, I highly recommend the Yanagawa river cruise. My family and I had a very pleasant and memorable journey all day! Thank you so much, Min!

We were so lucky to have Carson Cai as our guide! He is definitely a wonderful guide, and the entire trip was perfectly planned. He switched between languages seamlessly and humorously throughout the journey, and personally vouched for delicious food that didn't disappoint. Plus, the pleasant weather and little joys of the trip made it even better! We have wonderful photos and memories from Itoshima, the Yanagawa river cruise, and Ichiran Ramen. We hope to meet again in the future!

It's too hot in the summer, and outdoor activities for more than an hour are unbearable. We all wanted to go to Yanagawa, Dazaifu, and Itoshima, which are quite far by car, and this day trip was perfect for us. Our tour guide, Daisy Wu, has lived in Japan for 8 years. She is very thoughtful and notified us in advance the day before departure and answered our inquiries. She took great care of us at each attraction, avoided traffic jams, and made the whole trip very smooth. The driver drove the car steadily, making our ride comfortable and preventing car sickness. At the end of the tour, Daisy also sent photos and Fukuoka travel tips, such as good supermarkets for shopping, souvenirs with high value for money, hot springs near Hakata, etc. I feel like I should have booked this tour sooner and met Daisy earlier. It's a shame we didn't meet sooner because we were going home the next day. We'll just have to come back next time to enjoy it!

Thank you to our tour guide, Min, for all the explanations and arrangements throughout the trip, and for helping everyone take family photos. We went during Golden Week on May 4th. There was a bit of traffic, but we managed to visit all the attractions, and we had plenty of time to explore. I highly recommend the Liuzhou boat tour. The boatman sang and even performed a jump from the boat! A one-day tour is truly a great option for traveling with seniors. Highly recommend! 👍

Daisy did such a great job with organizing and coordinating our itinerary.We avoided the busy line up at Ichiran Headquarters. Everything was so smooth and timely. We enjoyed all the destinations and everything was beautiful. Definitely recommend this tour, specially Daisy. She is so friendly and easy going and the tour was very relaxed.

Amazing is the word! I had a great experience in trip. All the locations were amazingly beautiful and our tour guide was so friendly and helpful. She tried her best to interact in English and was so supportive in every manner. All the places are must visit and overall it was a pleasure day following the perfect itinerary

it’s a small group tour, itinerary is perfect with flexibility. tour guide Ms 姜is very helpful and nice, able to take care of us and helped us with taking nice pictures, especially during the boat cruising. although it was raining when boat cruising, we all enjoyed very much. it won’t be achievable with out a tour guide. highly recommended for all visitors.
