Personal Color & Makeup Styling Experience in Jeju, Korea

I learnt a lot from Jinseon who explained my skin tone results and suitable as well as unsuitable colours. She then taught me how to do a daily makeup. My interaction with her felt warm and genuine. As I'm a solo traveller, it was very nice to converse with someone in English as I felt properly understood.

I loved it so muchhh , The owner was super sweet ! and definitely informative, she told me everything in details and how well I could match colours, more than tht I was surprised by my results but glad that now I don’t need to confuse myself and my style and colour to wear cuz it was all covered ! only small issue was the address to get there appreciate to have it written in more detail and pin pointed on right spot !

This was great! I'm someone who isn't very good at styling myself, and I came to Jeju Island specifically for an image makeover. So, I went for the full package. Before this, I didn't really know what colors truly suited me; I thought I was more suited to warm tones. But after the test at the shop today, I discovered I'm a 'Light Summer.' They also helped me analyze my body shape and face shape, and based on that, recommended suitable clothing styles, colors, accessories, and even glasses shapes 🥹. My Korean is only at the phonetic level, but I was able to communicate quite well using a translator and English. The teacher was very kind and friendly, and even without a Chinese translation, it was possible to understand her meaning. (The location is a bit difficult to find, and the GPS location can be a bit confusing, but thankfully the teacher's assistant came downstairs to find us that day, and we were able to enter successfully.) The teacher is very professional and will explain and guide you to understand the colors that suit you. The overall time was a bit rushed, which is a bit of a shame, but the teacher said that you can send an email if you have any questions. I hope that I can use this course to further match a more suitable version of myself ❤️. I recommend this for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves! The instructor was very professional and welcoming of questions. They even allowed participants to record, which was great, though unfortunately, my phone didn't have enough storage that day, so I only took a few simple photos instead of recording. Besides color analysis, I also did a style analysis, and it was fascinating to learn how faceline and face features influence patterns and cuts. It was all very insightful. I received the report immediately after the session, along with a digital file of recommended color codes, which will be super helpful for checking on my phone when I'm out shopping to see if a color suits me.

The therapist is so professional and good. She gave clear tips on colours that suit us on face, nails, hairs and body. She analysed face shape and body type amd explained in detail what will make me stand-out. Only thing I do not understand is how will initital questions on how people see us (1st impression) and what we aspire to be link to the eventual accessment of my primary and secondary colors?

Joan was really professional and able to tailor the analysis based on our profession and lifestyle! She was also really friendly and able to explain very well so it was easy to understand. The makeup experience towards end is also personalised based on your skin concern. She also provided online as well as hardcopy guide towards the end, with recommended colours and products you can browse through anytime on your phone. Highly recommend if you are in Jeju! Though the location maybe a bit hard to find but the owner was nice enough to provide video guide should you be lost.
