★ Ticket Notes

• Each ticket admits 1 person. For safety, a ticket holder may bring 1 child under the age of 3 free of charge (identification must be shown). Each ticket is valid for single use only and cannot be reused.
• For pre-sale festival package tickets, please first redeem them for festival tickets at the on-site ticket booth during the exhibition period (2026/12/17-2027/3/01), and then complete ticket verification at the entrance to enter.
• This ticket is a paid ticket. Please keep it safe properly. If it becomes unrecognizable due to loss, damage, punching, alteration, defacement, photocopying, tearing, or other reasons, it will be deemed invalid, and no replacement, refund, or reissue will be accepted.
• The validity period of this ticket is within the exhibition's operating period (until 2027/3/01). Overdue tickets will be considered void. Refund and exchange requests must be processed at the original ticketing channel before 2027/3/01, and overdue requests will not be accepted. Please refer to the refund regulations of each channel for refund and exchange procedures.
• Refunds are only available on-site for tickets sold at the exhibition's on-site ticket booth. Complete, unused tickets and purchase proofs (such as invoices, credit card receipts, etc.) must be attached.
• Visitors who meet discount qualifications (concession tickets, disability care tickets) cannot request partial refunds or make up the difference in ticket prices after entering with their tickets. To allow staff members to clearly identify them, necessary companions of persons with disabilities must closely accompany the person with disabilities upon entry.
• For all purchased package tickets, please note that the contents of the package must be complete, unopened, and unused in order to process a refund as a complete set. Please check and follow the refund policy instructions of each ticketing channel.
• For any matters not covered above, please refer to the official TOMICA & PLARAIL Traffic Festival FB announcement. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

★ Admission Notes

• Exhibition period: 2026/12/17-2027/3/01.
• Luggage storage services are not provided inside the exhibition venue, and we are not responsible for personal property losses. Please properly look after your personal belongings and valuables.
• Photography is permitted in this exhibition, except for certain exhibition areas where photography and filming are not allowed; please follow on-site notices. To maintain the viewing quality, the use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, telephoto lenses, and stabilizers is prohibited throughout the area. Unauthorized commercial photography or interviewing is strictly prohibited.
• To maintain the quality of the exhibition visit and smooth crowd flow, strollers are not allowed to enter the exhibition venue. Please park strollers in designated areas before entry, or carry infants using baby carriers instead. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• Please follow the visiting routes, exhibition rules, and instructions from on-site staff. In case of large crowds, crowd control measures will be implemented; please queue and wait in order.
• Playing, running, and eating are prohibited inside the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food or drinks inside. Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nut are prohibited. Peddling or reselling tickets/goods on-site is prohibited. Anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior who fails to comply after being advised must leave immediately without objection, and ticket fees will not be compensated or refunded.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous items or contraband are prohibited inside the exhibition venue. Hitting, touching exhibits, display cases, equipment, and merchandise is prohibited inside the venue. Any damage must be compensated at full price.
• Fixed-post staff are stationed throughout the exhibition venue to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• Re-entry is not permitted after leaving, but visitors using the restroom may get a re-entry stamp at the exhibition exit and re-queue at the entrance to re-enter, provided it is within the exhibition's operating hours of the same day.
• To maintain viewing quality and safety, when the number of visitors in the exhibition reaches the upper limit, crowd control will be implemented, and the ticket office will temporarily suspend ticket sales. Please cooperate with staff instructions and wait in order at the entrance for admission.
