Half-day tour of the Temple of Heaven Park in Beijing

The tour guide 本人不帅 has coordinated with me already on the tour a day before already and guide me where to take breakfast before the tour. He explained the historical facts very clearly and in a very light manner.

on 13 Dec 2025, it just snowed yesterday so there were lots of people. my tour guide for Temple of Heaven, 天坛导游巴冉, was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. there were lots of people but my guide was very considerate and took good care of me. she helped me take some cool photos too. the directions given were clear and he confirmation message via klook and then WeChat was easy and fuss free. I highly recommend you to get a guide so that they can explain the rich history behind the place. I had plenty of time after the guide ended to revisit the different places and take some photos of the sunset. the location is directly at above the subway station and it was easy to find.

Xiao Cui is a fantastic, meticulous, and amazing tour guide. She's truly on-the-ball, considerate, and a wonderful guide. She explained every scenic spot and historical event exceptionally well. She's also a very kind person, and I genuinely like her a lot. She clearly shared what we should and shouldn't do with us ❤️. My trip to the Temple of Heaven was wonderful because of her. I will strongly recommend her to everyone! I’m from Malaysia and I will definitely suggest her to all my friends who are planning to visit Beijing.

the tour is amazing. Our tour guide (Jessica) is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. I visit Beijing because I am very interested in history and she satisfy my curiosity. Jessica speaks english very well and she doesn’t have a thick accent compared to other tour guides I met. although there are a lot of people, when we go and see the inner part of pavilion she asked the locals to moved so that I can take a picture because I can’t get in, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this tour and I want to commend Jessica because she is very well in telling details, giving trivia, even explaining the history of big trees. Thank you so much Jessica! I will recommend this to my friends when they visit Beijing.

Sun, the tour guide from Beijing's [Xiucai Shuo] Travel Agency, is incredibly professional and meticulous, like a "walking Chinese history book." He thoroughly explained the history of the Temple of Heaven to us, vividly recounting the intricate details of the ancient emperors' rituals for worshipping Heaven. As we walked, every brick and tile brought the entire ceremony to life, making it feel as though we were personally witnessing it. The guide was knowledgeable and explained the history of the Temple of Heaven well. The group size was not big, total 14 people.

Jessica was an excellent guide. She had a good pace for our private family group tour of 6. She spoke very good English, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions about the Temple of heaven and more. Highly Recommended.
