Colombo Sigiriya & Dambulla Day Tour with Safari

This was an awful experience. After completing the reservation, I received a voucher and a confirmation email, but I never heard from the tour company afterward. I tried to email them at the address provided to confirm the departure time, but the email address was invalid (domain not found), so my message couldn't be sent. The day before the tour, I still hadn't received any information about the departure time. I then asked the hotel staff to contact the tour company using the provided phone number and WhatsApp contact. However, the phone number was unreachable, and I couldn't confirm the departure time. I was unable to get in touch with the tour company at all the day before the tour, and although I wanted to cancel, it was no longer possible at that point. On the day of the tour, I still received no communication, and ultimately, the tour never took place. I now intend to file a complaint and request a refund.

This is my first time feeling scammed by Klook. I clearly booked a group tour, but when I arrived, I was told I had only paid for a car charter. Out of three planned stops, we only visited two, and I had to buy all the tickets myself. I'm very disappointed with Klook. It's been over ten hours since I returned, and Klook still hasn't responded to me. I'm really angry!

I did not receive details of travel like additional cost, meeting time while asked.
