It was a truly enjoyable experience. Tickets are usually very difficult to get, but I was able to purchase them easily and affordably, and the guide was incredibly kind. Any minor communication difficulties were easily resolved with Papago. If you come to Xi'an, I believe the Shaanxi History Museum is a must-visit, provided you can secure a reservation. It was a truly wonderful experience.

The operator wechat me whether to change date or refund because cannot get ticket on Sunday, so we change to tuesday & gotten the ticket. On tuesday morning we were there early before the schedule time & the guide was already there. He told us to queue up 1st & vg soon the queue was so long. First show the secutity guard the booking confirmation & then proceed to another queue to scan passport and bag check. The guide was good & knowledgeable. The museum was so crowded.
The good thing about this package is that it guarantees entrance tickets, which are almost impossible to get individually unless you’re very lucky. Entry times depend on what the agency secures—we got 10:30 am. When we arrived 15 minutes early, there was already a long queue. We weren’t sure if our tickets were confirmed but found out from a guard that we could check timing via the WeChat mini app and enter directly by scanning our passports, as tickets are linked to passport numbers. Our local guide contacted us on WeChat, met us inside, and the 2.5-hour tour started promptly with about 30 participants, mostly locals. The guide was professional, and the museum held an impressive collection of national treasures. However, it was extremely crowded as all tours moved along the same route, making it hard to get close to the displays. Some explanations were a bit hard to follow, but overall it was interesting—recommended if you enjoy artefacts and history.
As it was the capital of the Tang Dynasty, there are many related historical sites worth seeing. However, it's best to avoid visiting on weekends due to the large number of visitors. I went an hour before opening on a Saturday morning, but they only started exchanging tickets 30 minutes prior. When it's time to enter, the line is incredibly long. It would probably be better to enter later or visit on a weekday.
Everything is good. The guide was there early to engage thd group. The guide give good and detail explanation of the key exhibits.
it’s very packed although it was non peak season. the tour guide Wang is very friendly. I enjoy his explanation and I think the experience will be much better if it’s not for the crowd. museum is air conditioned.
The tour guide's explanation was very detailed. There were just a few minor hiccups when entering the museum at the beginning, but we got in smoothly!
museum was extremely crowded and people were pushing around. guide tried her best explain the relics and gave clear instructions on where to meet and how to get the tickets. while guide was good and explained a lot, the massive number of people in an enclosed area would affect your museum experience.
the guide gave instructions via WeChat .. got to go early to queue and go into the museum by yourself .. as the queue is so long we are slightly late and the tour started..

- Many places (such as scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, airports, train stations, etc.) may have different types of shopping stores. Such shopping spots are not arranged by the travel agency. If tourists have shopping needs, it is a personal act. Please identify the quality of the goods yourself and ask the merchant for valid shopping vouchers to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
- Tourists must pay attention to their own safety and carry valuables with them!! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take good care of your personal belongings during the tour. If any loss occurs due to improper personal care, the travel agency will not be liable for compensation.
- Valid identification documents must be carried when departing. If any loss occurs due to not carrying valid identification documents, such as inability to check in, take a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions, the tourist shall bear the responsibility themselves.
- If complimentary items cannot be provided due to irresistible factors such as flights, weather, or closure of scenic spots, no refund will be given.
- If a guest leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. Other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom shall be borne by the guest themselves.
