Reviews
The itinerary included 'Avanos,' and I thought it would be a tour of Avanos village (the pottery village), but it turned out to be just a shopping stop at a place that sells pottery. (The 'leather workshop' was also just a shopping stop.) Avanos village is a beautiful place with a lot to see and buy, and it's a shame that we didn't tour the village and just went to the pottery shop. It's a relatively short trip, so having two shopping stops is disappointing. However, the Korean-speaking guide (Gülüzan?) was so kind, explained everything well, and took great pictures. They were the best! Especially the Zelve Open Air Museum was great. Thanks to the guide, I had a wonderful trip. The meals were also good.
we found this tour to be extremely value for the money. it included a lunch buffet that was quiet well spread. the guide was knowledgeable. it did stop at 2 places where you were offered to buy some pricy souvenirs but there was zero pressure to buy. overall I would definitely recommend if you are short on time and wanted to see a whole bunch of landmarks in one day.
As a famous tour of Cappadocia, it was a great tour. However, I can't recommend this tour because of the guide's absurd behavior and the two shopping visits that made me feel pressured to buy. First, the guide only gave a very brief explanation of the places to visit while in the moving car and didn't accompany us. Even though it was a rainy day, he asked us to choose whether or not to go to the next destination (as if implying we shouldn't go), and in the case of the Zelve Open Air Museum, even though the entrance fee was paid and already included in the tour fee, I've never seen a guide say, "Do you want to go or not? We'll go if you want to, or we won't if you don't," because it was raining. We went on purpose, and I'm wondering if the entrance fees for the other teams who didn't go were returned to them. After finishing the schedule and taking us to our accommodation, the guide got off the bus first and went home. The guide did not fulfill his responsibilities. Second, we were taken to two places selling pottery and leather products, and the products there cost millions of won. We couldn't afford to buy them, so when we said we would go out first, both places became very unfriendly. We can't buy such expensive products. I was very uncomfortable with the two situations and cannot recommend it. However, I gave four stars because the places to visit were so wonderful.
The Red Tour with our guide, Anil, was so much fun! He was incredibly kind and passionate in his explanations, which made the tour comfortable and enjoyable. Meeting Anil on the Red Tour was truly a stroke of luck. Thank you!
My Korean tour was canceled, so I suddenly joined the English tour. I had a great time traveling with the friendly Ramadan guide. He even gifted us photos and videos. The snowy weather made it tough, but I made some happy memories. Have a great Red Tour, everyone.
Eray is a hard worker guide and has strong passion to guide tourists. he took us some more places that was not included in the tour plan. so we was able to have more experience at the date. but he explained a lot ..T.T It was little bit hard to listen and we didn't have enough time to take a photo. but the tour is 5 stars
Our guide was very friendly and kind. Even though we didn't understand English, they showed us Japanese translations and explained many things to us.
They picked us up at the agreed time, and I appreciated that the Korean guide tried to speak accurate Korean. They diligently explained the origins of the tourist sites. The only downside was that lunchtime was after 2 PM, so we were a little hungry...
My family enjoyed this tour. We’ve seen the magnificent landscape and sceneries in Cappadocia. We also had an amazing time with our tour guide, Enes. Definitely recommending this tour.
The pickup was smooth as I waited in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. It was great to meet a guide who spoke Korean well and hear detailed historical explanations and regional characteristics at each scheduled location. They also took beautiful pictures at the photo spots... I arrived at Kayseri Airport in the early morning, successfully completed the balloon ride, and had a fun and enjoyable Red Tour, making it a day full of luck. Thank you, guide!
