Reviews
I had a wonderful time on the Green Tour. Our guide, Anıl, was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything in clear and easy-to-understand English, which made the tour enjoyable and informative. Since I joined the tour alone, he kindly took many beautiful photos for me, which I really appreciated. I also felt very safe with our driver, Musa. His driving was smooth and comfortable throughout the day. Joining the Green Tour was truly a memorable experience, and I made wonderful memories. Thank you very much to Anıl and Musa for making my trip so special!
This tour was incredibly satisfying! It was great to visit several spots in one day that would be inaccessible without a car. Doing the Green Tour on the same day as the hot air balloon tour was a bit intense, but overall, I'm very happy with it. The natural scenery was breathtaking, and I took so many photos. However, there's a lot of walking and many stairs, so comfortable shoes and stamina are an absolute must! As someone with low stamina, I thought my thighs were going to explode, but it was a rewarding tour despite the difficulty. Our guide explained each attraction in detail and added a bit of wit, which made the experience enjoyable! 👍🏻 We moved as a small group of five, and the guide took photos for us and took care of everything, making it a tour well worth the money. Since lunch and admission fees were included, I didn't think it was expensive, and I'd definitely recommend it if you have the stamina. Being able to sleep during car transfers was also a huge plus. We had lunch at a restaurant with a valley view, and the meatballs I chose were delicious! The fish was a bit bland. Our guide, ANIL, was so kind and cheerful, making today's tour a lot of fun. Thank you!! You're the best! 👍🏻🩷 P.S. We visited two souvenir shops, but there was no pressure to buy, and it was nice that we could sample various items at the last stop!
Going on the Green Tour in Cappadocia was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. Our tour guide, Enes, provided detailed historical background at every site we visited, making the tour both informative and engaging. He even used a map of Türkiye to help us visualize the history, locations, and events related to the places on the itinerary. Despite the long hours on the road, Enes made sure that no one felt bored by continuously sharing fascinating historical insights and stories throughout the journey. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability to explain the history in an easy-to-understand way greatly enhanced the experience. I highly recommend MyTrip to anyone visiting Cappadocia, especially if you have the opportunity to join a tour with Enes as your guide.
We were picked up by a van shared with other people but the seats were comfortable. Zelve Open Air Museum was our favorite. But all the stops were beautiful and very picturesque. We also stopped by a carpet and pottery shops. they try to sell after demonstrations but no pressure. Our GUide is lovely and explained lots of things.
Tour was amazing. Saw so many beautiful rock formations (fairy chimneys). Favorite is Zelve Open Air Museum our second stop. first was Pasabag which is also nice but when we went there it was crowded. Lunch is good. drinks not yet included. Tour included a stop at carpet and pottery shops they’ll try to sell after presentation, but no pressure. We went in mid May and sun was up high and very hot during the day. It’ll get chilly late afternoon so just wear shirt and bring jacket. Our guide Ridaya was really nice, explained to us so many things about the places we visited.
Green tour has a lot of hiking and walking. It’s more exhausting than red tour but it’s interesting to discover the underground city and caves. Our tour guide is very nice and friendly. Also thankful to our driver for the safe trip.
The whole tour was really great! The underground city was astonishing although quite exhausting with all the steps. The Selima Cathedral was my favorite spot! We took a lot of good photos in there. I think one thing that can be improved is the lunch. Food was good but I was hoping it would be in a restaurant and not in a small eatery. Nonetheless, the whole trip was recommendable and I think is a must when visiting Cappadocia!
I would argue that the green tour is every bit as essential to do in Cappadocia as riding the hot air balloons. This tour in particular is very well organized and evenly paced. You'll definitely get a good workout with going up and down the underground city, selime monastery, and hiking the Ilhara Valley. The lunch provided was surprisingly delicious Our guide, Anil, is the best!
Our guide “Enes” led us on a relaxing journey through stunning historical architecture and splendid landscapes. The itinerary included unique experiences such as a specialty gemstone shop, a mysterious underground city, and breathtaking volcanic canyons..etc. It was a rewarding and enriching tour!
The driver was punctual and picked us up right on time. Our guide, Süleyman, was incredibly knowledgeable—he shared fascinating insights into the local history and even gave us tips on how to take the best photos at each stop. The tour felt almost like a private experience, with only a few participants, which made the whole day more relaxed and enjoyable. We rarely join group tours because we usually find them rushed and overly focused on shopping stops. While this tour did include two shop visits, we appreciated that there was no pressure to buy anything. In fact, we ended up enjoying both stops—learning about local jewelry craftsmanship and sampling some delicious Turkish sweets. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.
