Seafood Buffet At L7 West Lake Hanoi by Lotte - Layered Restaurant

worth it. it's cheap compared to other hotel buffet but the food options are really great. we will definitely book again ^_^

1. When purchasing on Klook, select the date. The staff initially wouldn't let me in... 2. For drinks, only water and juice are provided. There's only one juice option, and other drinks require additional payment... 3. Some of the seafood isn't very fresh; some shrimp meat is mushy and falling apart... 4. The ice cream isn't cold enough, making it greasy and sickening to eat, with a texture like it's melting... 5. The made-to-order meals aren't clearly labeled. At the rice noodle station, I wanted to order the same thing as the previous two customers, but the dish I received was different.

I greatly enjoyed the variety of food (especially sashimi and coconut milk with sago and papaya) and the services received. This was my best dining experience during my 12-day stay in Vietnam.

Delicious! The menu and selection weren't extensive for lunch, but great value for money.

This hotel is located on a high floor. The view is very good, and there is a lot of food. The waiters, very good English-speaking Black people, no need to worry. Experience:

The lighting is too dark. You have to order a drink. It's not unlimited lobster.

The overall experience was decent, but the lunch buffet didn’t quite live up to expectations, especially for the price. The food selection was limited, and most of the dishes lacked that wow factor. On a brighter note, the dessert section had more variety and tasted noticeably better. Only water can be refilled unlimitedly. The restaurant is located inside a hotel next to Lotte Mall. As for the mall itself, I didn’t find it particularly impressive, aside from the Aquarium.

They initially said it wasn't possible. Apparently, some company had reserved the space. When I questioned why it wasn't canceled in advance, they seated me. The Lotte Hotel's service level is one star.

Even though the variety wasn't extensive, each dish was neat and delicious. It's an exceptional place to dine while enjoying a quiet and wonderful view.

lake view from the restaurant was nice. But the food quality is so so. Radish kimchi and cabbage kimchi were both old and very soft. They should not serve such quality kimchi to customers. I will not use this restaurant again.
