International Buffet At Sheraton Hanoi West Hotel

The dinner buffet was exceptionally great to me. Not only with substantial choices of dishes to choose from, the food quality itself was delicious in terms of appearance and taste. I really appreciate the services rendered by the cafe staff.

Booking on Klook was very quick and convenient, so check-in was fast. However, the prices on Klook aren't very attractive yet, and there aren't many discounts available. The facilities are good, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Although there aren't many food options, they suit my taste. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic!

Dinner on December 26, 2025. The restaurant setup was full of Christmas spirit. The staff were polite and the price was worth the value. However, there was a group of crazy diners who kept shouting and laughing, which affected the dining experience of other diners.

Klook voucher were shown at the restaurant reception and no issues encountered. We shown to out seats and staff took our 1 free drink's order right from the start. Was not crowded when we were there, had more hotel guest having ala carte lunch then the buffet. Food selection was quite standard for the price but they had salmon and tuna sashimi and oysters as well which is a plus. There were various live stations as well including pho, pasta. There is a good spread of pretty dessert pastries.

The lobster is amazing. The staffs were fantastic. Only issue was that there was no confirmation from Klook. Several staffs took photos of my phone at several different times, to photograph that I had made such bookings via Klook. Unsure what went wrong but dinner at Sheraton was brilliant.

i love the selection of the food. so fresh and spectacular seafoods. staff are always there to serve and ask for all your needs.

The hotel environment is quite good, and the staff is attentive and proactively asks if you need anything. The food is very delicious, with a wide variety. My girlfriend and I enjoyed this buffet very much.
