Pick up from the hotel was on time and drop us back after. The experience itself was great. Safety was their utmost priority. Instructions were clearly provided. It lifted just right after sunrise and the views of the valley and the village were incredible up above.

Great experience! The driver came to pick me up from the hotel at the agreed time and, even though I had to wait for the others for 45 minutes, the organisation was smooth. The whole team put effort into making the experience unforgettable! Special shout out to the best captain we could have, Montasser, who tried his best to make us all have a great view of the sunrise and other balloons and he even gave us useful information on the historical area. The hotel where I stayed was picking me up at 4:50 in the morning. Unfortunately, the sunrise was on the ground, but it was a wonderful experience. Everyone wanted to stand on the edge of the balloon, so there was a scramble for it. Lol There was a group where couples were separated due to their weight. Still, it's something you have to experience in your life. Everyone holds their breath and flies quietly through the sky. It's a sentence that seems like a literal translation, but you have to go Kudo! ! ! 🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵 It's noisy if there are people from C-country, but if you're in a group without them, you'll be extremely fulfilled ･֊･︎✌🏻 Stop searching now and book this experience here. I really wanted to ride it in Cappuccino, but this is much cheaper, so it's all okay. I thought I'd take a round trip by car on the day, but I took a round trip Nile cruise + a car after getting off. I enjoyed the night cruise and morning cruise at the same time ~ I got a good deal! They also gave me coffee, tea and snacks, so I thought they would definitely charge me money, but I could do it without them. Also, I went on 5/9, so I thought it would be cold in the morning, so I wore long sleeves, but it wasn't that cold at the top, so I was fine with long sleeves and shorts, or thin long sleeves and thin pants! I booked through this company because I had been scammed by another site that didn't provide the promised transportation, and this one had good reviews from Japanese customers. While there are different hot air balloon plans with varying prices, I believe the services are similar. However, this company offers a trustworthy plan. During our WhatsApp communication, they mentioned a sunrise plan option for an additional $10 per person. Even though I declined it, we were still able to see the sunrise, perhaps due to the time of year. Once there, I noticed that all the companies started and ended around the same time. There seemed to be a sequence for take-off: first group, second group, and third group, so perhaps the speed of that sequence is the optional upgrade. The hotel transfer was smooth (although the pick-up was slightly delayed, the representative responded promptly via WhatsApp to let me know). I was concerned about the high prices targeted at visitors in Egypt, but I recommend booking through this company if you're planning in advance. The hot air balloon experience was wonderful and fantastic, and I'm very satisfied.

Unfortunately, the weather conditions were bad and I was unable to participate in the tour. The travel agency was always quick to respond and communicate with me, and their service was very reliable. There seem to be many travel agencies that offer hot air balloon tours, but I can recommend this one because they provide a good service.

Due to weather conditions, the hot air balloon activity could not be held. The operator was very good and promised a refund. However, Klook's customer service failed to communicate well at the beginning and kept emphasizing that the cancellation policy was 24 hours in advance. It was obvious that the balloon was an activity affected by weather. Participants could only be notified about ten hours before departure. Those who registered and paid should note that refunds must be confirmed by the operator and evidence must be provided to the customer service. Hopefully the cancellation policy for this event can be improved.

This was a great experience. I recommend staying a few extra days in the area to avoid missing the hot air balloon ride due to bad weather. The staff were friendly and professional.
