Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride Experience in Luxor

A must do experience in Luxor. I recommend the sunrise option, pick up from hotel and transfer to launch site all went very smoothly. Tea/coffee/refreshments provided. plenty time in the air to take in the most incredible views over the desert and valley of the kings. Smooth landing. it all felt very safe and I highly recommend!!

It was excellent that the pilot took us to the highest area to show us the amazing view. The sunrise and air balloon were so beautiful. I will never forget today’ trip. The commend for other tourist : The pick up time may late a little bit but didn’t cause any problem, you don’t have to worry about it because everyone’s departure time is the same.

There were very few days to fly the entire month, and our previous four days were canceled due to weather, so we were really lucky! However, the local company we partnered with wasn't very proactive; they didn't take the initiative to contact us or inform us of the pick-up time beforehand. I had to keep asking. On the day of the flight, we were put in the second group to fly, and the sun was already up. Can you even call that a sunrise tour? Fortunately, we still felt very lucky and thought it was beautiful, especially since none of my friends had ever ridden in a hot air balloon before. They were very happy.

The view was spectacular and the hot air balloon ride experience was awesome. There were a few kids in the group and they were jumping around but the captain made sure to stop them everytime. The captain also made sure to turn the balloon around so that guests on both sides can enjoy the view and sunrise. The only letdown in the experience was the before and after the balloon ride - pick-up was 15minutes late and instead of giving instructions on which boat and van I should join and which guide to follow, the staff member who picked me up just tried to sell the photo/video service. I ended up having to ask a few people if I’m in the right van. Aside from the chaotic transport arrangement to/from the launch site, it was a great experience.

First time riding a hot air balloon! Everything went smoothly from the start, with the tour guide picking us up directly from the river cruise lobby in the early morning. During the small boat ride to the other side of the Nile, there were even snacks to enjoy. Once the hot air balloon ascended, we could see the sunrise, and the scenery was beautiful. The staff were all very professional, and the entire trip was smooth and safe. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

They will pick you up at the guesthouse doorstep and you can also experience crossing the Nile River by ferry. The hot air balloon makes for a really pretty photo.

We had a wonderful experience. We were picked up from our hotel, had breakfast on the boat, and were taken to the take-off location where we received a brief safety briefing before boarding. The view was stunning and very impressive. Also, we were able to communicate via WhatsApp, which was very reassuring. Thank you for providing us with a truly wonderful experience.

I recommend joining this, even though it's early in the morning. You'll have a wonderful view and a fantastic experience. The hotel pick-up is a great help. The meeting time was communicated the day before, and they arrived almost on time. The guide and pilot were both kind and easy to talk to. I participated alone, but the other customers were all very kind and made me feel welcome.

You will need to use WhatsApp to contact the tour guide. Since we took a cruise to Luxor, we were not sure about the docking location when booking, and we were informed later. We were picked up and dropped off accurately. The itinerary will take a small boat and then a small bus to the flight site. The tour guide was very responsible and guided throughout the whole process. It was my first time to take a hot air balloon. The experience was very good and safe.
