The trip itself was very satisfying, but what was not satisfactory was Klook's ordering page. When filling in additional information, whether it was filling in Line or the overall trip itself, it was very satisfying, but what was troubling was the design of Klook's ordering page. When filling in additional contact information, whether it was Line or WhatsApp, the system would automatically change it to a sample phone number after submission. As a result, it was impossible to provide effective contact information to the local travel operator. Throughout the entire process, we did not receive any proactive contact from the operator until the night before departure. If we had not felt uneasy and proactively checked the contact information of the local travel agency and confirmed the information, we would have had no way of knowing that the gathering time had been advanced by 30 minutes. If we simply went according to the gathering time on the voucher, we might have missed the trip and could not get compensation. Such an experience makes people hesitate whether to continue using Klook's services. After all, no one wants to make travel arrangements with wrong pre-trip information, poor contact, and lack of proactive notification.

We originally booked fro Mila Cruises but because we booked for 3d2n they somehow upgraded us to another boat which was good because it jas a balcony. older style but its good, staffs are very friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable with history. First.day was full on activity, we are yet to experience the second day and we hihhly recommend the Verdure Lotus Cruise.
