Our guide Ko was there early at the meeting point. He is very friendly and provides good information. His English is decent. The bus was clean and comfortable. The allotted time was perfect for each spot (1 hour at strawberry farm, 2 hours at Ashikaga Garden, and almost 1 hour at a shrine).

We gathered at Shinjuku Mode Academy and didn’t find the tour guide until 8:36. The pick up experience was poor. On 5/12, I familiarized myself with how to get to the meeting point from the hotel. I arrived at 8:00 on 5/13 and circled Mode Academy several times. At 8:30, I still hadn't found the bus and the tour guide with the flag. I asked everyone holding the flag, but no one was it. Until I asked a guest who was participating in the Mount Fuji tour, he said he heard a fat man in a hat looking for Miss Chen, and then he suddenly saw the tour guide looking for someone, but he didn't have a flag. I shouted the tour guide's name, and then he got on the bus. The meeting place is very large, there are a lot of people, and they are all big buses. It is difficult to find the tour guide and the car. We don’t know the model of the Sea Lion, nor do we know it is a nine-seater minibus. This is the way to pick up the car❌. In addition to the car pick-up experience, there are no purple, pink, and white wisteria flowers in Ashikaga Garden, only a few yellow wisterias are left.
