service: becasue the driver spoke fluent English, details of introduction by the driver was more understandable and efficiency. My wife and I appraciated his unleashing explanation about history at each spot. MEanwhile, he did avoid crowd quene at each spot. none of time to be wasted for quene up and wait car: It was utilmate clean in side cabinet of the car, relax and not rush.

This was my first time visiting Jeju Island on a cruise ship, so I searched online and chose Klook due to their quick response to my request and good cost-performance. I was a bit anxious about booking, but Chuck, the tour coordinator, patiently translated his English messages into Japanese for our conversation. I also enjoyed trying to use an English translation app myself. The entire process was polite, responsive, and relatively smooth. Within the limited time of 5-6 hours, we picked out the places our family wanted to visit, created a rough itinerary, and shared it with our assigned driver, Mr. Kim Hyeon-rok, who made it happen. Although Japanese-speaking drivers were available, I decided to request a local driver. As a result, even with some language barriers, we had a great time using translation apps at key moments, and he guided us to attractions by pointing out Japanese signs and using gestures. The taxi was a Hyundai, and it was very comfortable with black leather seats. Our driver, Mr. Kim, was kind and showed genuine care for our family. He made a great effort to ensure our sightseeing plan was realized, leaving us with a very positive impression. At famous tourist spots, he selected photo-worthy locations and took family pictures for us, and was also considerate about restroom breaks. At Olle Market, he recommended cheap, delicious, and good-value items, and even carried our shopping bags, making for a very satisfying shopping experience. When I requested tteokbokki, he took us to a restaurant, helped us order, found us seats, and even poured us tea. He supported us with things we wouldn't have known on our own, allowing us to eat with peace of mind and enjoy a delicious meal. During our sightseeing, it looked like it might rain, so he flexibly adjusted our schedule, allowing us to take photos of beautiful scenery before the rain started. The Seogwipo Gangjeong Cruise Terminal is far and inconvenient, and it gets crowded both arriving and departing, so it was reassuring to be dropped off on schedule and board the ship safely. What I realized again on this trip was that by booking with Klook in Japan beforehand, we were able to have a satisfying sightseeing experience within a limited time, with complete peace of mind. I definitely want to use Klook again in other countries. Thank you very much. *The photo of 7-Eleven was inside the cruise terminal and was our meeting point. It was great because there was shopping and a currency exchange machine.

mr. kim was such a great guide! he came on time and showed us around jeju in a very time efficient manner. it is true that u can create your own itinerary and they will adjust for you! he took photos for us too and it was all beautiful. 10/10 service. communication was easy too since he is great at english!

We were lucky this time to meet driver Yohen. He was not only on time, but also took us to suitable attractions. In addition, he followed us to assist us, took photos for us, and gave us souvenirs when we left. I really recommend it!

From the pickup at the cruise terminal to the itinerary of the must-see spots, Mr. Kim gave us an experience to cherish the southern part of the beatiful Jeju island. The first time I chartered a car with a driver, I was quite nervous. So I looked for car rental platforms and found Klook to try it out. It was really simple. You state what kind of car you want, pay the money, and they quickly contact you to help you arrange attractions. If you don't like their suggestions, you can choose your own attractions. They also ask you what kind of meals you like and arrange that for you too. This time we booked a driver in Busan and a driver in Jeju Island. Both were great, enthusiastic, and responsible. The cars were clean and comfortable. Because the drivers don't know much English, we used translation apps to communicate with each other. If I still didn't understand something, they have a WhatsApp platform to support you, so there's close contact.

Our tour guide, Mr. Kim, was friendly and lovely, meeting us at the agreed-upon location ahead of schedule. He arranged the itinerary according to our desired sightseeing spots and restaurants. During the tour, he also helped introduce and guide us on how to take beautiful, Instagram-worthy photos. He also took photos for us, leaving us with wonderful memories.
