The glacier walk with Joao was very interesting. He told us a lot of information about them, the different formations that exist, and various fascinating facts. We also visited the ice cave, which, although small, is very curious to see—quite an experience.
The Icelandic supplier wrote to inform me that the itinerary needs to be changed, and asked me to contact klook. I contacted the customer service many times, but the customer service only told me to continue waiting for the news. I still didn't get a response on the morning of the activity. In the end, I had to make an international call to change the plan with the local supplier. The klook customer service did not help at all
