Osaka Castle Historical Private Tour: Stories of Samurai and Shoguns

this was such a wonderful tour. Kimu was our tour guide. he gave us great directions for our meeting place and was there early like us. we started our tour and he shared so much history with us! he even gave us recommendations for some great other spots to checkout on the rest of our time in Japan. if you have a chance, we highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Our guide was fantastic. Could not have asked for a more friendly and lovely guide. Gave us so much information and I felt it was really good value for money. It was a private tour so went at the pace we wanted to. While still making sure we saw everything.

Guide Kimu was incredibly kind and patient. They went above and beyond the expected time to answer questions and were truly dedicated to the tour, making it a very informative experience. The weather was very hot, and they seemed to be struggling a bit, so I hope they take care of their health. Kimu, you are the best!!!!!

I liked the experience we had with our guide Haru. It seemed to me that her plan for our Osaka Castle journey showed her considerate side. One may be tempted to power through all items on display, but we were able to take the route of least effort, view every item with additional explanation and taking rests in the middle. I regret that we turned down some of her suggestions, while feeling happy that she asked instead of forcing decisions upon us. The non-intrusive hospitality here was top-notch and shouldn't be downplayed. I felt like she was capable of offering much more than what we experienced, only for us to clarify beforehand what we would like to see to make magic happen. I'd recommend this trip anytime!

Guide was very knowledgeable and managed to get myself and one ther in the group through last the crowds in the hot Ōsaka summer. Not the best value given the cost, but valuable for those who hate the queues that go with museums and historical artifact tours.
