Guests may choose between two exceptional mains: US Prime Beef Sirloin (80z / 230gr), featuring a smoky crust and succulent tenderness; or Steamed Sustainable Patagonian Toothfish, prized for its delicate texture and clean, elegant flavor. To conclude the evening, enjoy either the refreshing Lemon Mint Meringue or our Freshly-made Hot Soufflé, crafted à la minute for the ideal airy finish. Oyster & Wine Bar at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers is delighted to unveil its newest signature weekend indulgence: The Grand Sunday Brunch at Oyster & Wine Bar, set to launch on January 18, 2026. Priced from HK$588 per person, this lavish Sunday brunch invites guests on an unlimited journey of refined flavors. The experience starts with an exquisite Signature Seafood Platter (for two persons). The platter features a whole fresh Boston lobster accompanied by two seasonal and freshly-shucked oysters. Guests then will enjoy two hours of unlimited premium Japanese sashimi, featuring maguro tuna, hamachi, scallops, salmon, and sweet shrimp, complemented by classic sushi favourites such as California Rolls.
The brunch further elevates the dining experience with an abundant free-flow selection of hot and cold appetizers. Highlight includes citrus-marinated Yellowtail King Fish Topped with Salmon Roe, the signature made-to-order Eggs Benedict with perfectly runny yolks, the richly flavored classic Lobster Bisque. Additionally, try the vibrant Beef Salad with Rocket Lettuce & Balsamic Vinegar, as well as fresh Buffalo Cheese paired with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil to refresh your taste buds.
To complete the meal on a sweet note, the brunch concludes with an artfully curated Dessert Platter accompanied by ice cream, offering the perfect finishing touch to a memorable Sunday.

Other main course options include USDA Prime Beef Sirloin (add HK$520, 8 oz / 230g), Seared Sea Bream Fillet (add HK$298), and 62°C Egg with Green Asparagus (add HK$210), each adding a touch of delight to the afternoon. To embrace the philosophy of “eating in season,” Chef Oscar meticulously selects five to six varieties of plump oysters sourced from prestigious regions like France, ensuring they are air-freighted fresh to Hong Kong for unmatched quality. Guests can elevate their experience by adding six oysters for HK$388 or twelve for HK$688—an irresistible upgrade for the ultimate indulgence. For even more extravagance, consider the Oyster & Wine Bar Seafood Platter (HK$1,300, serving for two persons), featuring freshly shucked oysters, Boston lobster, scallop carpaccio topped with salmon roe, breaded crab, king prawns, and more, prolonging the luxurious seafood journey. To attain the height of decadence, consider adding Caviar Kaviari Oscietra from France (starting at HK$1,080 for 30 gram). Its rich nutty aroma and marine notes are beautifully complemented by our selection of hogh-quality sea salts, enhancing every dish with a touch of opulence.
For a sparkling addition to the harbor-view feast, guests can enjoy a free-flow champagne package for HK$480 per person, featuring unlimited Barons de Rothschild Champagne alongside a selection of red and white wines. This time, to celebrate Father's Day, after making a reservation, I saw a lot of negative reviews online and worried all night. We arrived on time, and although we didn't have a window seat, the server was very polite and showed us to our table. The brunch was served from the first dish on the menu to the last, and when we wanted to add more dishes in between, the server kindly helped us arrange it. Aside from the shrimp and french fries not being very good, all the other dishes were very fresh. The lobster bisque was delicious!
Very good, delicious, and the portions were generous. I ate too much! The quality was also excellent, and the environment was very pleasant.

Without the BUFFET, this oyster bar is completely not worth going to! For this price, they only allocate one oyster per person?? Half a very small lobster, and a plate of buffalo salad to be shared by three people! Unpresentable cheap sashimi, California roll sushi??!! And BRUNCH doesn't even include COFFEE OR TEA??!! This restaurant is simply focused on maximizing profits at the expense of reputation! It's a pity that such good and experienced waiters have to work in this worthless restaurant! No wonder the previously packed restaurant now only has a few tables occupied!!
