Tokyo Mt. Fuji & Suntory Whisky Museum Full-Day Tour

First of all, the relevant tour (HIS) company informed me that the tour dated 07.04.2025, which I purchased, could be held on 06.04.2025, otherwise it would have to be cancelled, and I changed the tour day by confirming that I could participate on 06.04.2025. A little before 08:00, we took off from the love sculpture in a small minibus with the tour guide as a total of 10 people, our next stop was stated to be at Oishi Park at 10:00 according to the itinary plan, but although about 1.5 hours passed, we were still wandering around Tokyo because we missed the highway connection. After getting on the highway, our journey did not progress easily, we had to wait for hours in traffic at the entrance and exit of the highway due to the toll booths being closed. At 12:30, we were still waiting in traffic on the highway and we had not even reached our first stop yet. In the meantime, it was understood that we could not go to Oishi Park and Saiko Iyashi, our second stop, and the tour was updated to go only to the Whisky Museum, in the best case, it was stated in Yandex that we could reach the Whisky Museum in 2 hours, and we were still waiting in toll traffic to exit the highway. We had to get out of the car on the highway because my wife needed to take a break (restroom) and we were worried that we would be able to reach the Whisky Museum. Afterwards, we walked on foot for about 1 hour to Fuji-Q Highland Station, we were able to return to Tokyo in about 2.5 hours and we spent approximately 2,200 yen extra money to reach Tokyo. We have booked many times through Klook and used the intermediary company, but this time this tour we actually bought this time caused us to have the worst day in our Japan trip. We lost a day of our trip and we are very worn out morally, I know that these cannot be returned, but I expect the 301.10 USD we paid for the tour to be returned to us.
