2D1N Nam Cat Tien National Park Tour from Ho Chi Minh

great experience in overall. We visited during dry season so the walks were comfortable and enjoyable to hide from the heat. The guide (Ka Ra) was so helpful and kind, food is okay and tours are nice. accomodation is moderate but it had all basic stuff, actually it's better than my expectation as accomodation was renovated from other purposes. I rather keeping them that way than doing big renovation to earn a bit more money but scare the nature away.

The trip was really fun and meaningful for our group. The two-day weekend trip just helped us relax after a week of work, be in harmony with nature, and even more meaningful when the use of our experience services also contributes to the cost of our work. If you have the opportunity, please experience it, remember to bring a cloth bag / recyclable bag to store things when you bring it into the forest because it is not recommended to use plastic bags here.

Loved this affordable tour with our guide Tú. Tour included transport to and from Ho Chi Minh, all food, accomodation and tours (payed for an optional night tour for extra). Tú was very helpful and accomodating, especially for our vegan diets, we ate better on this tour than in Ho Chi Minh! For the price would definitely recommend this tour!

The tour is very interesting, everyone should try it

The trip was disappointing because we were the only foreigners on an otherwise exclusively Vietnamese trip. Without our guide we would not have understood anything. It felt as though we were placed on the trip to make up the numbers. The accommodation was disgusting, our bungalow was dirty, the only clean thing in it was the bed sheet. We doubt that the smelly duvet cover had been washed and so we did not use it. The towels were grey and harsh with holes in them. We have travelled extensively and this is the worst accommodation that I have ever used. The air conditioning had little impact, there were gaps around the exterior door frame, allowing ingress of insects, the bathroom was unusable, the floor was constantly wet, source unknown. The guide inspected the room and offered to exchange ours with his. The excursions within Cat Tien park were led by Vietnamese speakers; once again, we were grateful to the guide for his translation. For the cost of the trip, we expected more from the accommodation – we would recommend seeking a more suitable alternative. The meals were as basic as the accommodation. My family have enjoyed all our other trips with Klook when the service was good; not so this trip. Has anyone from Klook completed a reconnaissance?

Tour is not targeted to watch animals. Beware if you are expecting a wildlife search tour. The whole park is more focused on taking pictures with monumental trees and visiting some ponds / waterfalls. Overall, very touristy. Accomodation was very simple. I would not say it's a problem with the tour, but rather what the park can offer. I would suggest you spend your time elsewhere, if your goal is watching animals
