One of the highlights was the Morning Alms — such a moving and memorable experience. We also loved the stunning views from Phousi Hill and appreciated learning more about Luang Prabang's history through visits to the Royal Palace/National Museum and Wat Xieng Thong. Kuang Si Falls was absolutely breathtaking, and seeing the adorable Asiatic Black Bears was a real treat. A special thanks for introducing us to Buffalo Ice Cream — what a delicious surprise! The highlight of this trip was probably the morning alms giving, which was very meaningful, but you had to get up early. The tour guide was ok with it, but only said that the weather was really too hot and you had to drink more water.
