In the event of sea conditions unfavourable to navigation, the cruise cannot be carried out for reasons of public safety. In this case the cruise can be made by public boat or even not made and Portofino will be reached in other ways. As this is a case of force majeure, failure to carry out the cruise will NOT entitle to any refund, even partial.
