What to expect

No visit to Italy is complete without indulging in pasta, and we’re elevating your experience by teaching you to create two distinct types. Guided by a local host, you'll learn to handcraft 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) and prepare two authentic pasta dishes from scratch. Plus, you'll discover how to make the famous Tiramisu dessert, a delightful addition to your culinary skills.

This hands-on cooking class goes beyond food—it’s an opportunity to form new friendships and dive deep into Italian culture. Led by Cesarine, Italy's oldest network of home cooks, this unique experience is available in over 500 cities. "Cesarine" means "home cooks," who warmly welcome travelers, sharing treasured family recipes and regional dishes that tell the story of Italian tradition
