Nevis Swing, Bungy & Catapult by AJ Hackett

omg.. 10/10 experience. i did the Nevis Swing w my partner and we did forwards - truly jawdropping and the G is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before - we do a lot of thrilling activities. do note that the pickup location is in town area and you will be transported on a 4WD bus to go up the mountain - around 40min drive. staff were very friendly and i suggest you cater about 4 hours for this experience in case of bad winds or bad weather. we almost couldn’t swing due to the major winds but thankfully we waited it out! had to reschedule our other later appointment but alls good. highly recommend!!!!

I had the best experience at Nevi Bungy Playground. This trip was so unforgetable! It was very easy to sign in at the reception in QBC. The ride to the site was smooth. Even though the weather was cold and wet, it eventually got better. Amazing and friendly staff as well! I felt safe doing the bungy!

We did not get the chance to play nevis swing due to technical issue, hence we change it to catapult, the world largest catapult. The staff are friendly and they always do a thorough check before you go for the play ! It is an amazing experience, will come back again !

An experience you will never forget! After checking in at the counter, your weight will be measured, and your weight will be confirmed again and again when you arrive at the base. The staff is very careful in wearing equipment, and will be confirmed again by different people. The safety is quite guaranteed. I started to get nervous from the long suspension bridge walking to the diving platform. It is completely suspended by steel cables. If the tension of swinging later was not greater than anything else, just standing on this shaking platform would be exciting enough. When standing on the platform, two staff members will also perform hanging and confirmation. It's really scary to hang up in mid-air after the completion. The excitement after going down can only be understood by experiencing it. I recommend all interested travelers to give it a try!

Nevis Bungy is an extreme challenge. Standing on a platform 134 meters high, my heart beat faster and my steps trembled. But when I mustered up the courage to jump down, the moment of weightlessness brought me an unprecedented thrill and sense of freedom. The wind whistled in my ears, adrenaline surged, fear turned into excitement, and it seemed as if the world had stopped. When I bounced back up, I realized that I had completed this extreme feat and felt a great sense of accomplishment. This experience not only challenged myself, but also made me deeply appreciate the pleasure of breaking through my limits. It is definitely an unforgettable moment in my life!

I would give 5 stars if the lady at the Queenstown office was more helpful. I tried asking nicely where to park, they simply said if I park nearby the office I would be fined. During check in, please ask customers how did they get there and SUGGEST where to park. Not just ignore my question and continued speaking to your colleague. Nonetheless, all crews at the Nevis was brilliant, they encouraged us to take the leap especially when we’re too scared. Thank you so much Sam and Cody. You guys really made the difference. If it weren’t for that lady at the office I would have rated 5 stars.

It's an activity worth trying at least once! It's scary only when you drop, but after that, it feels like you're riding a swing in a place with a nice view. If you want to enjoy it a little more thrillingly, I recommend hanging upside down and riding it~!

This is my favorite trip in the whole trip to New Zealand, because I love extreme sports, and canyon bungee jumping is really cool. I feel reborn the moment I jump. Swinging on the swing is also 100% cool. We also played the high-altitude catapult, which looks the scariest, but is actually less exciting than the other two. If you don’t want it to be too exciting, you can try it.

It takes about an hour and a half to drive and wait for the weather to get better. I waited for about three hours. If the weather is bad, you can get a refund or change the plan. Don't worry.
