Highlights Hanoi City Day Tour

It was a fun and educational tour about Hanoi’s landmarks. We were in awe to see Uncle Ho’s well preserved body. Our tour guide Lily was so informative and patient in answering our questions. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking and remember that pagodas and temples do not allow sleeveless tops and short shorts. Also, we didn’t know that there was a lunch provided so it was really worth it and got to try other Vietnamese food.

It was a great tour overall! We covered a lot of ground but it also did not feel rushed. Our tour guide Hue (Lily) was great! She was super knowledgeable about many historical things and tidbits on Hanoi and you can feel her enthusiasm in wanting to share it. Worth a try if you have a day to spend going on a tour :)

We had a fantastic time on our Highlights Hanoi City Day Tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our wonderful guide, Hue/Lily! From the very beginning, communication was absolutely seamless. Before the tour even started, Lily personally reached out to introduce herself, which was a lovely, welcoming touch that made us feel completely at ease. She provided her contact number and was incredibly easy to reach whenever we had a question. Throughout the day, Lily was great—exceptionally accommodating, warm, and highly knowledgeable about Hanoi’s rich history and culture. The itinerary itself was well-planned, well-paced, and gave us a perfect overview of the city's highlights. If you are planning a trip to Hanoi, we highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Lily!

An absolute 5-star experience! Our Hanoi city tour perfectly balanced deep history, vibrant local culture, and incredible food. Our guide was super friendly, very smart, and brought the city's thousand-year story to life.

The Hanoi city tour was great, especially with our guide, Hue. Hue is very knowledgeable about Hanoi City and Vietnamese culture, and gave us a great tour. Her command over English is good. She is a great person, and I would like to have her as a guide again. The lunch had a set menu and the portion sizes were too little. It also didn’t include any beverage. This is one thing that could have been improved.

Great experience! Our tour guide Kien was very informative and entertaining. Water was provided which is good since only a few establishments had free drinking water. The bus was comfortable and secure. We were able to leave our valuables in the bus/van while going through the tour.

tour guide accommodated me to and changed the pick up location when I was about to be late. he was very warm and friendly and knowledgeable of the spots. tour was very organized and on the spot.

This tour offers a comprehensive exploration of Hanoi's rich history and culture. Traveling in comfort aboard a limousine bus, guests visit iconic sites such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of Literature, and Hoa Lo Prison. The tour includes a delicious Vietnamese lunch and insightful commentary from an English-speaking guide, providing a seamless and enriching experience of Vietnam's capital

Guide and driver were very accommodating. Packed in many places including 1 lacquer making gallery and an embroidery workshop. This would suit ppl who love culture and history. Duration in a couple of venues could be shorter such as the Centre of Literature instead of the 45mins allotted.

The tour was enjoyable, and we appreciated the opportunity to explore the history of Hanoi City and its ethnic groups. We would also like to thank our tour guide, Phuong, for being patient and accommodating throughout the tour. As a gentle suggestion, it would be helpful to be more considerate of guests’ time, as the tour concluded past 5:00 PM instead of the scheduled 4:30 PM due to waiting for guests (join-in” who arrived late to the tour.
