Yuki was a great instructor who was patient with us throughout the whole experience. We were running well behind our scheduled time, and we still made a delicious meal coupled with genuine, funny conversation. We had the most wonderful experience cooking and learning from Yuki. It was such an enjoyable and different activity to do.
