There were a lot of tourists visiting on Valentine's Day, but the three-cup wine tasting wasn't rushed, so we could slowly enjoy the flavors. After finishing, we caught the sunset, a perfectly arranged experience.
Initially, you can freely participate in a small museum to learn about the basic information of Port wine, and there is also a smelling area to test your sense of smell, which is very interesting. The explanation is detailed, and the final three wines are all very delicious.

The tour had a great pace, and you could really feel the winery's dedication. The wine tasting allowed for a leisurely experience without any time pressure. It was a wonderful experience!
Actually, it was more disappointing than I expected. It was more about the explanation than the direct experience of smelling the oak barrel? Of course, you can taste and smell it during the tasting. Next time, I want to go to the Douro Valley and experience it myself.
Located on the beautiful Douro River, it's a scenic walk from the city center, conveniently passing over the Dom Luís I Bridge. The winery itself is home to many historically significant and valuable wine barrels. The tour guide was very professional, introducing me to the world of Port wine. This experience included a tasting of higher-quality Port wines, not the standard 10-year-old Port served to large tour groups at communal tables. Instead, it took place in a finely decorated room, and featured 20-year-old Port, which was significantly more delicious. After the tour, I strolled along the Douro Riverbank in a pleasant daze, feeling relaxed and happy.
The first 15 minutes are for you to walk around the introduction area at the entrance, and the next 50 minutes are for a guided tour. Finally, the wine tasting seating space may be a bit crowded to accommodate too many people at a time.
Its a good tour considering it was my second time to do so. informative and highly recommended.
