What to expect
Cruise leisurely along the Douro River, soaking in the stunning vistas of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia's riverbanks. Spend over two hours drifting past iconic monuments and landmarks aboard our spacious sailboats, accommodating 12 or 18 guests.

very easy to find and our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. They recommended the restaurant to go eat after which it was only a five minute walk from the marina and food was delicious.
The meeting point is some distance from the city center and it takes about an hour to walk along the riverside trail. After departure, you will sail inland to the Louis I Bridge, where you can enjoy port wine (which can be replaced with beer or non-alcoholic beverages) while listening to the captain introduce the attractions on both sides of the strait and tell stories about his childhood. Then you can go downstream to the estuary to watch the beautiful sunset slowly sinking into the sea. It is quite pleasant. After the activity, you can also go to the nearby Afulada fishing village to taste fresh grilled fish.
